  You did well to notice it and clarify thinks: He aplogized for those among Christians who were harmed by the LF in general: this could be someone whose car has been touched by a tank while manovering and who has never been given reparation, a student who has been insulted on a barrage and kept his animosity inside his heart, or someone who has been racketted by individuals who used their LF status to make money, or even to eliminate a rival in business or for personnal reasons. This has nothing to do with military operations against enemies, and absolutly nothing with those christian traitors you named…

  لا تلغي الخطبة العصماء التي ألقاها سمير جعجع في جونيه امس، حقيقة أن »القوات اللبنانية« تعاني أزمة انتخابية خانقة على أبواب الاستحقاق النيابي في الربيع المقبل

  ومن الصعب أن يكون المهرجان الذي أقامته امس قد حقق الأهداف المرجوة منه على الرغم من الرسالة التي أراد جعجع توجيهها من خلاله. فالأزمة في أساسها ليست مسألة عرض قوة بقدر ما هي أزمة واقع على الارض، لم تتمكن »القوات اللبنانية« بعد من تبديله أو تعديله.
  تطمح القوات منذ خروج قائدها من السجن، الى دخول نادي الخمسة الكبار في السياسة اللبنانية، وهو النادي الذي يضم حزب الله وحركة أمل وتيار المستقبل والحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي والتيار الوطني الحر، ويجمع أربعة أخماس البرلمان.
  لقد جاهد سمير جعجع كثيرا من أجل هذا الهدف، ودخل مرغماً نادي التحالف الرباعي في انتخابات العام ،٢٠٠٥ وهو يعرف سلفا أن حصته النيابية لن تتجاوز العدد الذي أفرز له كتلة من ستة نواب، اثنان منهم في معقله بشري، وأربعة بهمّة أركان التحالف في الشوف وبعبدا والبترون والكورة.
  كان يمكن للقوات أن تحتفظ بهذه الكتلة، أو بخمسة نواب على الاقل، لو أطال الله في عمر قانون الألفين، قانون غازي كنعان. إلا أن قانون القضاء الذي يتجه مجلس النواب الى إقراره، وقبل ذلك انفراط التحالف الرباعي الذي اتكأت اليه القوات في الانتخابات الماضية، وعدم قدرتها على الاستقطاب في الساحة المسيحية لأكثر من سبب سياسي وبنيوي وتاريخي، كل ذلك وضع القوات اللبنانية أمام آفاق مقفلة تحاول فتحها بكل السبل.
  الواضح حتى الآن أن القوات تضمن مقعديها في قضاء بشري، اذا لم يحدث أمر ما خارج الحسبان. وهناك احتمال ضعيف بأن تحتفظ بمقعدها في البترون. وخارج هاتين الدائرتين تبدو معركة القوات صعبة جدا. وجولة بسيطة على الدوائر الانتخابية تنبئ بهذا الواقع القاسي.
  وعليه، جهدت القوات لحشد مناصريها في مهرجان أمس (مهما كان العدد) لتوجيه رسالة الى من يعنيهم الأمر. وأول من يعنيهم الأمر هم الحلفاء في قوى الرابع عشر من آذار، وتحديدا تيار المستقبل والحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي، اذ من المستحيل أن يكون سمير جعجع قد فكر من خلال المهرجان بتوجيه رسالة الى المعارضة، لأن حالة الطلاق بين المعارضة والقوات لا فكاك فيها.
  قد تكون قيادة القوات أرادت من وراء المهرجان التوجه الى الساحة المسيحية، وهو ما حاول جعجع التركيز عليه في خطابه، وتحديدا في الأقضية المسيحية الأساسية الثلاثة في جبل لبنان وهي المتن وكسروان وجبيل. إلا أن الاستطلاعات والدراسات على أرض الواقع لا توحي حتى الآن بأن تحقيق القوات خرقاً في هذه الدوائر سهل، حيث يبدو التزاحم على الترشح فيها على أشده، ولا يبدو أن أحدا من المتزاحمين في وارد إخلاء مكانه للقوات اللبنانية. حتى الكتائب التي من الطبيعي أن يكون تحالفها عضوياً مع القوات، يبدو أنها في واد آخر.
  ان القوات اللبنانية في أزمة، وهي أكبر من خطاب اعتذار طال انتظاره. واذا لم يتبرع حليفاها سعد الحريري ووليد جنبلاط بنجدتها، فإن معركتها الانتخابية تبدو صعبة وقاسية إن لم تكن مستحيلة. واذا لم يحصل ذلك، وهو ما لا يبدو يسيرا حتى الآن، فإن إلغاء الانتخابات النيابية أو تأجيلها، يمنح القوات فرصة أفضل لالتقاط الأنفاس والرهان على متغيرات كونية كبرى في حجم الكارثة. اللهم امنحها نعمة الصبر!

  Or how the Syrians who tried to attack Zahle retreated with their utmost disgrace and defeat la2anno talabouwon 3ala warcheh, not because the LF heroes in Zahle kannasouwon teknis. Or even better yet, how the LF’s only war was against the rebels in Madagascar who tried to invade Finland in 1714 BC.

  Yeah go on M8 leaders, be creative. Come up with more bullshit stories, Stain the history, Dig up the tombs, Publish fake pics, Kill our heroes and martyrs over and over again… Boy u suck even at that. I pity u and i pity ur existence.

  Totally agree, N
  Ja3far, read again the post. It is good to have different views on some subjects. But sometimes we should not go crazy with interpretations when what was said and meant shouldn’t have been that difficult to understand. Also politicians may act like if they did not understand (I hope their arabic is not that bad, otherwise, it would explain why this country is like Babylon), just to refuse the good move from other politicians.
  Finally, M8 already lost many elections in universities and orders. I hope that keep it like that and continue dreaming.

  Ce n’est pas toi, ni les Forces Libanaises qui peuvent juger si gigette a tue Frangie, Chamoun et Karame ainsi que des milliers de chretiens juste parcequ’ils avaient une vision politique differente de la votre (je pense entre autre au Forces Libanaises qui etaient avec Hobeika et qui ont ete massacres bien qu’ils n’ont pas tous participe a l’intifada).
  La justice est la seule habilite a juger et elle l’a fait. Jusqu’a preuve du contraire Gigette est un criminel.
  Si ton leader etait un homme il aurait demande a la justice de rouvrir son dossier.
  D’autre part Dany Chamoun, Francois el Hajj George Haoui … ne sont pas les martyrs des Forces Libanaises mais tout au contraire. Cependant si votre manifestation est en honneur des martyrs libanais a ce moment vous auriez du ajouter les photos de tous les martyrs libanais musulmans et chretiens meme si ceux la avaient une vision differenet de la votre. Donc ce que vous avez fait c’est du vol.
  Quand au discours lui meme il ne contient que des contradictions par exemple quand il parle des 10452km2 et d’un autre cote il parle de saydet el bir ou la il etatit question
  de federalisme …

  – اختار رئيس الهيئة التنفيذية في القوات اللبنانية سمير جعجع منبر
  القداس الاحتفالي بـ»شهداء القوات« ليوجه رسائل في اتجاهات مختلفة وليحاول من ملعب جونية البلدي تسجيل أكثر من هدف في مرمى خصومه… وحلفائه ايضا.

  بدا واضحا منذ ان بدأت الاستعدادات ـ وبعضها كان مكلفا كما حصل في بصرما ـ لتنظيم »القداس« المتعدد الوظائف، ان جعجع أراد ان يتعامل مع المناسبة بما يتجاوز بعدها الوجداني، وانه اختار ان يجعلها منصة الاعلان الرسمي عن استعادة »القوات اللبنانية« لجهوزيتها التنظيمية والشعبية القابلة للصرف في أي استحقاق مقبل.
  بهذا المعنى، أبلغ جعجع من يهمه الامر بأن ورشة إعادة بناء »القوات اللبنانية« التي كان قد أطلقها بعد خروجه من السجن قطعت شوطا كبيرا وبالتالي فقد بات على الجميع ان يتعامل معه منذ اليوم على هذا الاساس.

  وفي هذا السياق، يمكن الافتراض بان قائد »القوات« نظم أمس الاول »استعراض قوة« كي يقول لخصميه المسيحيين العماد ميشال عون وسليمان فرنجية انه تحول الى »رقم صعب« لم يعد ممكنا تجاهله في كل جداول الضرب والقسمة والجمع على الساحة المسيحية، أما النصف الآخر من الرسالة فهو موجه الى حلفائه المسلمين في ١٤آذار، وفحواها ان جعجع ليس عبئا ينتظر الحصول على »حسنة« سياسية أو انتخابية من المقتدرين و»فاعلي الخير« في قوى الموالاة بل هو يشكل بحد ذاته قيمة مضافة فعلية يمكن البناء عليها، خلافا لرأي النائب وليد جنبلاط. ولعل قائد »القوات« يعتقد بأن النائبين مروان حمادة وأكرم شهيب اللذين شاركا في القداس وشاهدا عن قرب الحشود الشعبية سيصححان الصورة المغلوطة في عيني زعيم المختارة.
  ومن بين الدلالات التي انطوى عليها خطاب جعجع ما يطال الحلفاء المسيحيين أيضا، فهو بداية تجاهل الترحيب البروتوكولي المفترض بالرئيس أمين الجميل بصفته رئيسا سابقا للجمهورية، ولئن كانت هذه الملاحظة تبدو للوهلة الاولى شكلية، إلا ان من يعرف جيدا سمير جعجع يدرك انه يقيم وزنا لكل تفصيل، فيبرزه او يتجاوزه تبعا لمقتضيات المصلحة، كما ان الجميل نفسه يهتم كثيرا بهذا النوع من الاعتبارات ويقف طويلا في قرارة نفسه عند تغييبها.

  ويروى في هذا الاطار ان بشير الجميل طلب ذات مرة من أحد مستشاريه ان يعد له خطابا يتلاءم مع إحدى المناسبات، فلما أنجز المستشار المهمة، قال له بشير: الخطاب جيد ويستأهل علامة ٢٠على ٢٠ ولكنه لا يمشي معي لانك لم تستهله بتحية رئيس حزب الكتائب بيار الجميل، فهذه التحية هي مفتاح الخطاب ومن دونها لا أستطيع إلقاءه.
  دلالة أخرى يختزنها خطاب جعجع، وتمثلت في إيحائه بانه »الممثل الوحيد« لمسيحيي ١٤آذار والناطق الرسمي باسمهم، بل أكثر من ذلك، قدم نفسه وكأنه »الوريث الشرعي« لكميل شمعون وبيار الجميل وبشير الجميل وريمون إده وأمينا على وصاياهم السياسية، علما انه اختلف في الماضي مع كل تلك الشخصيات، سواء ضمنا ام علنا.
  وانطلاقا من إحساسه بانه يختصر او يختزل مسيحيي »الاكثرية« حدد جعجع الثوابت التي يجب ان تحكم علاقاتهم بالآخرين و»أفتى« بما هو حلال وحرام في مسألة المصالحة المسيحية والمصالحة الوطنية، ملمحا الى انه »الرمز« الذي سيخوض معركة تحديد الاحجام والخيارات ضد عون ـ فرنجية في الانتخابات النيابية المقبلة.
  وهكذا يكون جعجع قد أعطى إشارة البدء في حملته الانتخابية من خلال الحشد الشعبي الذي استقطبه، والاهم من خلال كلمته التي كانت اقرب الى برنامج انتخابي يرفع شعار رفض سلاح حزب الله، وهو شعار يعتقد صاحبه انه كفيل بدغدغة مشاعر »مسيحيي الوسط« وإحراج التيار الوطني الحر وتيار المردة.

  وقد استبق جعجع ما ذهب اليه في هذا المجال بتقديم اعتذار الى المتضررين من سلوك »القوات« خلال الحرب، الامر الذي ينطوي من حيث المبدأ على شجاعة أدبية ومعنوية ينبغي من باب الانصاف الاقرار بها، ولكن الهجوم العنيف الذي شنه جعجع على خصومه والشروط التعجيزية التي وضعها للمصالحة المسيحية، جوفت الاعتذار من مضمونه وبترت يديه، بدلا من ان تمتدا لملاقاة من يختلف معهم كامتداد طبيعي لمنطق الاعتذار.
  من هنا، تميل أوساط مسيحية »خبيرة« بشخصية جعجع الى وضع اعتذاره، على أهميته الظاهرية، في سياق محاولة التخلص من عبء الماضي و»حمولته الثقيلة« ليخوض معارك المستقبل، السياسية والانتخابية، بأكبر قدر ممكن من الرشاقة.
  وتعتقد هذه الاوساط ان جعجع أراد ان يستخدم الاعتذار بمثابة سلاح وليس غصن زيتون، وإلا فان تتمته الطبيعية كانت تستوجب إبداء المرونة في الخطاب السياسي، بعيدا عن اللغة المتشنجة التي استعملها بما يخالف ليس فقط روحية الاعتذار وإنما مناخ المصالحات السائد في البلد منذ فترة.

  وتعتبر الاوساط انه يجدر التوقف كثيرا عند مغزى استشهاد جعجع بثوابت لقاء سيدة البير الذي ضم أقطاب الجبهة اللبنانية في مطلع الحرب الاهلية، لافتة الانتباه الى ان الفيدرالية هي الـ»كود« الذي يفسر معنى هذا اللقاء ويختصر أدبياته، متسائلة عن الخلفية الكامنة وراء إحياء تراث الفيدرالية المتناقض مع مفهوم اتفاق الطائف الذي تؤكد »القوات اللبنانية« إلتزامها به.
  وإذ تقر تلك الاوساط بان جعجع أحسن تنظيم القداس ـ المهرجان وهذه نقطة يجب ان تسجل له، تلفت الانتباه الى ان »قائد القوات« المسكون بهاجس حزب الله أراد ان يثبت انه يملك البراعة في التنظيم والتعبئة تماما كما يفعل الحزب، وصولا الى الايحاء بوجود ندية متبادلة على قاعدة ان هناك مقاومة ضد مقاومة وشهداء إزاء شهداء وتنظيم يقارع تنظيم، بل ان أحد الظرفاء ذهب الى حد القول بان جعجع ربما كان يتمنى ان يطل عبر الشاشة من مقره في معراب.

  وقد نقلت وكالة الصحافة الفرنسية عن متحدث عسكري لبناني أن سوريا «نشرت
  حوالى عشرة آلاف جندي من القوات الخاصة في منطقة العبودية على الحدود» مع شمال لبنان، وأن «بيروت طلبت توضيحات من دمشق عن هذه التعزيزات وسبب نشرها»، فأكدت دمشق «أنها إجراءات أمنية داخلية لا تتخطى الأراضي السورية، وليست موجهة إطلاقاً ضد لبنان»، مضيفاً أن «السلطات السورية أكدت لنا أن هذه التعزيزات تهدف إلى القيام بعمليات ضد التهريب داخل الأراضي السورية والتصدي لانتهاكات أخرى للأمن الداخلي».

  Of course Ja3far, your last post is “common sense” like usual: 10000 to stop a VERY VERY BIG smuggler, and a russian military base for the same reason, and opposition leaders in Syria are committing suicide, etc, etc.

  As for Readers, your common sense is surprising me. I am sorry I do not have time to comment on everything but: que sais-tu sur le federalisme pour le critiquer? tu t’es jamais pose cette question?
  La Suisse est un pays trop loin de la civilisation pour toi par exemple?

  Pour tes informations, je n’ai jamais discute le sujet de federalisme avec des Libanais de toutes les confessions et partis sans finir par obtenir en quelques minutes un avouement que c’est probablement la meilleure solution pour le Liban. Un des arguments qui m’ont ete le plus souvent avances est que les Chretiens doivent finir par ce noyer dans le monde musulman qui les entoure car ils sont peu nombreux. Moi je ne pense pas que se noyer ou encore nier le probleme ou encore rever de laicisme ou encore rever de vouloir imposer un laicisme (comme a fait le Geni Aoun: rever) est une solution civilisee pour le Liban.

  dj, je ne suis pas hostile à l’idée de fédéralisme bien que je vois mal comment elle pourrait résoudre les problèmes les plus graves du liban c’est à dire une mésantante profonde entre ses citoyens sur le sujet des affires étrangères et de la défense, 2 sujets qui dans un état fédéral sont du ressort de l’état central…qui prendrait ces decisions…

  Par contre dans le sytème suisse que je connait bien étant citoyen de ce pays il y’a certaines particularités qui pourraient résoudre certains problèmes du liban. D’abord il existe un conseil d’état qui reunit 7 représentants de bords politiques différants tout en respectant des quotas d’apparteneance aux different cantons. Il permet le respect des particularités de chacun tout en contraignant les partis politiques à des alliances extra regionales ou cantonales. La présidence de la confederation est assuré par un des membres du conseil d’état pendant un an, chacun à son tour (je t’avourais d’ailleurs que je ne suis plus sur de qui est mon président en ce moment).

  SURTOUT le plus intéressant dans le sytème suisse est que le gros des institutions politiques ont un pouvoir limité étant donné que la plupart des decisions sont prises à travers des referendums populaires. Je sais que cette idée peut paraitre effrayante étant donné le taux de fécondité impressionant de nos amis les metwals amis je pense qu’elle peut résoudre pas mal de nos problèmes…Je pense que le gros des 8 marsistes sont 8 masr simplement par suivi de leur leader mais n’adheres pas à l’ideologie du 8 mars. L’example le plus flagrant est bien sur les aounistes qui pour la plupart voteraient du bon coté si on leur posait la bonne question du genre pour ou contre le tracé des frontières avec la syrie…leur général dégénéré devrait donc devoiler ce qui reste caché de son vrai visage pour pouvoir guider ses moutons…les plus acharnés le suivront mais il perdraient ceux qui osent encore prétendre qu’ils sont pour l’indépendance du liban…

  Aussi et encore plus important le hizb perdrait une partie de l’appui de sa propre communauté…je pense qu’une bonne partie des chiites se prononcerait en defaveur d’une opération pour venger mloukiyeh malgré le fait qu’ils vont voter HA.

  par contre on perdrait probablement les voix de certains sunnites qui votent dans le bon camp par communautarisme et non par modernisme…

  Dear Ja3far, the solutions can easily be found when you think about them. I have an idea about it but this is not my point now; what i want to say is that federalism should not be made stupidly a taboo and should be seriously discussed. And please do not worry yourself about the Christian community. It will not be difficult for the Lebanese Christians to build their regions and organize themselves very well as they always do until their neighbors interfere with their business again like the Turks or the Mamaliks or the Syrians or the Iranians.

  dj… you know .. it is not only swiss who is a federal country… so it is not a joke in concept…
  but i am serious.. how do you feel lebanon can be devided? inno if i agree with you we can say…the shias swollow few cities and villages and can take the south and link it to bekaa gharbi and bealbek … but what about the others?
  do you see how the cities and villages are interconnected? the poor sunnies will have nothing
  i feel like it will be a united states of lebanon with each village as a state.. i am really interested to listen to your point of view.

  Franjieh must apologise for all the Lebanese generally and the people of the north specifically when he opened the ports in the north and tripoli for the syrians troops to invade the north.
  About Karami, he must apologise on the behalf of his Late Brother,because when he was the prime minister on the days of JIDDO Sleiman he stick the nose of the Lebanese army in the mud and humiliated them in not giving them any order against the palestinians who were killing our parents,and because of his or their act ended up in carrying weapons and he must apologise from all the Lebanese army and their Martyrs and their parents when he backed up the Lieutenant Ahmad el Khatib who was backed up by Syrians and dumped the Legal army.

  AND my brothers what about Hassan Nasralla? are the Lebanese really suffering from their memory? it is not long time ago god damn it when Hassan Nasralla took the initiative personally to cause the death of 1200 innocent people, it was in 2006 guys when Nasralla caused our country 10 BILLION dollars damage, 1 million people left their homes and land in 24 hours, don’t they deserve an apology? Brothers, 7 MAY 2008 is not a long way back neither, did you forget what Nasralla did for the people of Beyrut? and then to the people of the JABAL?
  It is true when they say: the enemy of the christian is the christian himself.
  At least D.S.G apologised from his ex enemies , i wish the others at least apologise from their own people.

  Ja3far, the best suggestion would be to create an independant HA state inside its allready known boundaries. Beirut would be under international control and would host the enlightened shias. The rest of lebanon would be a decentralised but united entity. 7153km2 now!!!!!!!!!!!!

  the map is not the problem…if there is a will there is a way…HA do not want to separate from Lebanon coz no one except Iran will recognize it as a state…In addition, being part of lebanon, the HA’s mini-state can guaranteeits economic and diplomatic interests. ..if you can have the whole pie why bother with just a piece

  Rima, the reason why HA doesn’t want to separate from lebanon is because they allready have their own state eventough it’s not official and now they want to control and take resources from their neighbor, lebanon, it’s a win win situation for them…bi chou ze3jinon ne7na??
