So Mr.Michel el Murr goes on TV and claims chances of finding a solution went frmo 50% to 75 % and everyone becomes happy and hopeful .. walla watching this man speech from Bkerke made me sick ..

Did we forget that easily how he used to win his elections ??
Did we forget the buses that used to come from the North to vote for him ??
Did we forget the threats he used to sent on TV to those who dont vote for him ??
Did we forget the 7th of August 2001 ??

I say it and repeat it, one of the major problems of our people is that they forget … and this is a sign of political ignorance to say the least … because if it takes someone like Michel el Murr to resolve our problems, khalleelkoun hal balad wou hal 7koume laken !!

ولست انا من يتسلط ويفرض رأيه عليهم

Read those words again & again and keep in mind this is Michel el Murr speaking here..

Michel el Murr has bought all the Metn Municipalities and he has them in his pocket, also he gave nationality to thousands of Syrians, and the Government should not allow them to participate to the elections.
Also we should not forget his negative role during the Syrian period, especially on August 7,
but the aounists are blind followers and they can’t see the truth, all they know is they hate the LF for some reason.

    N10452,

I wish you post the video showing Michel el Murr talking to the press when he forgot what is the name of AOUN block :)
He called it “ketlet el TA7REER :) instead of TAGHYEER. The whole people were laughing.

    Johnny B. & Mohammad

Johnny u’re absolutely right, and Mohammad u have a good point there. The position of Elias Murr is not isolate from the situation of his father, they’re playing the policy of “al 7ifaz 3ala khat el raj3a”. I think Michel Murr, despite all the bad things he done, plus his political opinion, i think he’s a flexible man and knows how to deal with changes. Also, i don’t think he forgot that his son alomst died, and the Syrians were the one who tried to assassinate him. he’s in the same situation that Walid Junblatt was in it once. Also i don’t think he still have too much time in the political life, he will go aside soon. Let’s hope so

    Rodge,

I agree with you 100% but I am afraid it may take Michel El Murr too much time to decide.
But in general it is something positive to see.
    Lets wait.
