I didnt even bother listen to 7assouna yesterday, what for ?? everyone knows what he is gonna say … blame it on Israel !

His whole speech was full of contradictions and he was like reading an already-prepared script.

Check out some quotes :

“”Israel is the one who is carrying out the killings in Lebanon. It wants to stir discord and internal fighting in Lebanon,” he said at a rally to commemorate Jerusalem Day in Beirut’s southern suburbs.”

Either we agree on a consensus president or we open the door for the Lebanese people to choose the president directly,” Nasrallah said.

“If we cannot agree on a consensus president … the best way is for parliament to meet and amend the constitution for a single time to allow the Lebanese people to vote directly, without foreign interference.”

Let us discuss his statements for a second, Why would Israel dont want a president in Lebanon ?? Why would Israel kill 14M politicians ?? Arent those assassinations only making the Opposition stronger ? Who would profit the most if no president is elected ?? Who has a militia and creating his new mini-state ??

And more ..

Who is refusing to attend the sessions to vote for a president ?? Israel or Hezbollah ??
Who is causing tensions and settings tents in DT ? Israel or Hezbollah ??
Who is smuggling arms and weapons from Syria ? Israel or Hezbollah ?

Stop insulting our intelligence, go back to your rat hole and stay there waiting for some smart bomb to hit you, or hopefully that you get arrested and thrown in jail where you belong.

    Well,
I think Syria and Israel share the same target, and Hassouna is the one who’s implementing, so why getting rid of him??

Honestly, i think if the Israelis want him dead, they are able to kill him, but for now, he’s doing a good job for the satan trio in the region “Iran – Syria – Israel”. and it isn’t a conspiracy theory, which personally i don’t believe in, but it is some kind of common interests.
They all want for Lebanon to keep on suffering and living in wars and troubles, because a peaceful and prosperous Lebanon, will hurt, not only the three mentioned countries, but also Egypt and Jordan.

Now it is for us to find a way to resolve the issue, but as long as Hassouna, Aoun, Berri and co. are still having influence over many Lebanese people, we will not be able to find a solution, and we better choose Federalism.

Still trying to understand. How would a prosperous Lebanon hurt Israel? Does a prosperous Jordan or Egypt Relatively prosperous of course, hurt israel? How does a prosperous Israel harm our arab neighbours? Prosperity means peace, surely?

    Sonia,

It would would hurt everyone around us if we become peaceful and prosperous because we will have more tourists coming to Lebanon, not to mention all the investments happening in the region, most of which were suppose to be in Lebanon, but are now all going to the gulf and other ME countries.

It would be great Sonia for both countries, if Lebanon and Israel make peace, but there are a lot of examples, especially in the last summer war, of Israel bombing more than it should have just to cripple the Lebanese economy.

Sonia you’re right prosperity means peace but Israeli governments don’t want peace for land and they are keeping the Palestinians poor so violence continues and no solution happens…Why did Israel destroy Lebanon’s infrastructure in 2006?…Why did they say they want to take Lebanon 20 years back?…I believe Israeli people want peace but Israeli governments want to continue the wars.
