Not surprising at all, this news just confirms again and again that Hezbollah is everything but a Lebanese party, and his plan were never Lebanese ones. Its simply another branch of the Iranian regime ..

Beirut – Iran’s Spiritual leader Ali Khamenei has stripped Hezbollah ’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah of his military authorities and appointed his deputy, sheikh Naim Qassem, commander of the party’s military branch.

From Shark el Awsat. ( click here for the arabic article)

The pan-Arab daily said the decision was taken in light of a report presented by a team from the Intelligence apparatus of the Revolutionary Guards that had visited Lebanon to assess the status of Hezbollah ’s military and its capabilities.

It quoted a revolutionary Guards officer in the Bekaa Valley as saying “intense differences” between Qassem and Nasrallah on “destiny issues related to the party’s military wing … led to the interference by Khamenei’s office to re-organize Hezbollah ’s command structure.”

The unnamed source said Hezbollah ’s annual budget of 400 million dollars was raised to over one billion dollars in the past 18 months to compensate for the losses sustained during the 34-day war with Israel in the summer of 2006.

Khamenei assigned a team comprising major officers of the Revolutionary Guards in addition to Hezbollah ’s ex-Intelligence Chief Imad Mughnieh to restructure the party’s military branch in light of the team’s recommendations, the report said.
Qassem, in light of the report, assumed the higher responsibility for Hezbollah ’s military branch, while Nasrallah maintained his post of secretary general in charge of the party’s intelligence agency.

Mughnieh, the report added, remains in charge of coordination between Hezbollah, Palestinian factions and Iranian intelligence agencies.

this is not new. It’s known from a long time now, mainly after the coordination between Hassouna and Syria.
But it will cause a problem, as for me “Ya ma7la nasrallah’ instead of Kassem and Moghnieh

In another issue, NTV did it once again, and they just apologized for not issuing Dr. Geagea’s interview tonight.

    What’s happening????

    SYS,

    Thanks again for your comments.

The matter of terrorism is not the IMPORTANT one. The essential matter is NOT TO SELL OUR SOULS to foreign countries as it is happening NOW.

To put LEBANON FIRST means the opposite of what allows the Syrian Vice President FAROUK AL CHAREH to say proudly: “thanks to its internal allies, Syria is now stronger than ever in Lebanon”: To whom do you think he was refering to ?? (can you answer honestly?).

If IRAN can change the Leadership of Hezbollah, without refering to the party itself, guess who is ruling the Hezbollah? (can you answer honestly?).

Do you see my dear FRIEND, THIS is the PROBLEM!!!! In dictionaries it is called TREASON. In normal countries “traitors” are punished; BUT NEVER IN LEBANON…

THIS problem is a million times more acute than discussing whether Hezbollah is terrorist or NOT. Hezbollah is an IRANIAN army in Lebanon. This is a fact. Very PAINFUL but reality.

FINALLY, WE MUST AGREE TOGETHER THAT IF we want to live ALL TOGETHER in this same land called Lebanon, we must STOP OBEING ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE.

I have NO OTHER concerns. Not even Zimbabwe.

God bless you my friend because you seem to be an honest patriot.
