Hariri visiting Syria soon …
Posted by N10452After 4 years of boycott, and exchange of political insults, KSA reconciles with Syria and paves the way for Hariri’s visit.
Saad already got a congrats letter from Syria for forming the government, while Pr.Suleiman was on a visit to Syria to meet with Assad.
Though i am disgusted and i totally oppose this visit, i can’t say i didn’t see this coming …
Syria has been planning a comeback for a long while now, and Bahia Hariri sent a clear signal since the 1st Hariri anniversary that Sunnites don’t plan to stay away from Syria.
Min7our wou mindour and we get back to the same scenario:
- The Lebanese Forces remains the sole influential & capable political party, despite all its faults & weakenesses, opposed to Syria’s role in Lebanon.
Know your enemy, Syria is your enemy !

N,
When he accepted the Premiership; he knew he was going to meet his father’s murderers soon face to face…Maybe he should take WJ; the grave digger of Mukhtara with him; so that the butchers in Damascus can give them both the details of how they blew up both their fathers…

In the end, the result was, once again, the same. After 5 yrs of political battles, Syria emerged victorious and proved itself strong and successful on all levels.
Saddled with another furstrating DEFEAT, LF find itself legally obliged and politically presurred to stay in M14. Kateab on the other hand are ”khabar kana”..
Syria is not our enemy wellei bi fakher gher hek badu ydal khassran..

lek Doc1559 with all do respect i have to agree with danny and all the LFers, you are not FPM!
i have noticed something weird about you, now its clear… don’t claim to be FPM because no FPMer would talk as such! aoun would get pissed at u for talking this way…
10. Doc1559 | November 12th, 2009 at 11:17 pm
Reminder
Don’t take this the wrong way but,
I am not FPM active member (used 2 be)
I am not HA active member (never was)
I am not a member of any organized political party.
I was in the past BUT NOT ANYMORE.
I support Aoun/HA alliance, that makes me a supporter only. But I still refuse and reject their language ATTITUDES toward a big portion of the Lebanese people. Ta7et zinareh(GMA) and may 7 yawm majid (Sayyed hassan) are not something to talk about.
Lastly,There are things we cannot control and things that will have a different cast tomorrow than today. Syria is not our enemy and this is something we do not have any control over.
Is syria your enemy ? and what didn’t you like about my 6 ? Do you really think calling LF militia and criminals will solve our problem
Take care..
11. Reminder | November 12th, 2009 at 11:42 pm
Syria is not my enemy… it was for 25 yrs until few years ago…. dont forget that!
what is happening now is a victory for lebanon and the lebanese and NOT for syria. keep that in mind..
what i didnt like is how u translate the formatio of this governemnt into a syrian victory… or harriri’s trip to syria as a vioctory for syria…its not..

Reminder
It was , now it isn’t , don’t forget that.
You need to get past your past and think about the future. It was all our fault, the Lebanese ppl.
Shoulda, woulda, coulda won’t help.
I said this b4 and i am going to say it again:
The solution is dialogue, dialogue that truly takes all of us into account.
And yes this formation satisfy syria the most and they do consider it a victory.

13. Reminder | November 13th, 2009 at 12:41 am
y shouldnt harriri be happy? he got what HE wanted, (ok fine except for the telecom) and the sacrifices were made by 14 Feb… Harriri got a very good deal..the only people who lost are the christians of 14 Feb… now that aoun is outwardly speaking of reconciling with harriri, this should be considered as a victory for lebanon….
btw Nietzsche once wisely said: “Your neighbor is your enemy” by neighbor he is referring to those not living under the same roof as you..therefore both syria and israel are our enemies..(not directly but yes my friend or prosperity is not aligned with syria’s interest yet) I stress on yet because it aoun who is trying to build a mutually respectful relationship with syria to turn this potential enemy into a friend…but up till now i consider syria neither a friend not an enemy… being smart u souldnt either..

To all Fpmers, HAers and mu3rada in general :
Thank you for supporting one other till the end of this gov formation battle. Your alliance have displayed a true and patriotic stand regardless of your religious diffrences and politicall affiliations. Guided by MOU principles you were able to overcome your problems, defeated your enemy and remained strong and loyal to your cause. On the other hand, what ouwet and kateeb fail to understand is that we are a nation of Muslims, Christians and non beleivers, we are all Lebanese, we are all neighbors and family, we are all on the same boat, we are LEBANESE !! What N10452, Maximus, Danny , Theresinia and others NEED to understand that GMA DID not ally with HA and the SHIITE bcuz of their arms BUT BCUZ THEY ARE A PART of this country.
Lack of trust is what we suffer in Lebanon , what did Hariri do to his Christian alliance ?? What did Kateeb and ouwet do to Hariri ?? This distrust in politics caused them to collpase and betray one other. They did , we did not !! FPM, Marada and others stood by HA till the last second. HA,mu3rada and others STOOD by FPM till the last second. This is what you call unity !!! God bless !!
Best wishes and good luck to PM hariri, I am looking forward to a new alliance between HA, FPM AND FM. I can’t wait

you should move this discussion to the orange room, and let the grown-ups discuss politics instead…. MOU?

As for the post,
“The Lebanese Forces remains the sole influential & capable political party, despite all its faults & weakenesses, opposed to Syria’s role in Lebanon.”
couldn’t have said it any better… just flawless

Whenyou say syria is not our enemy you disregard all our martyrs do you realize that ?????
18. Delta | November 13th, 2009 at 6:46 am
Doc your number 13 was very touching… really I almost cried……
Again i like how you are trying to send half a million lebanese to the exile again did not those 30 years of war teach you and your fathers anything ?
19. Doc1559 | November 13th, 2009 at 7:05 am
Delta
I simply don’t agree with you on that one.
The complexity of martyrdom in Lebanon can be looked at from many perspectives.. Do you consider HA fighters shuhada ?? Do you consider chuhada al gesh against ouwet chuhada ?? do you consider chuhada ouwet VS ouwet chuhada ?? This is what I mean by complexity..
Martyrdom is a big word and my martyrs, in my eyes, are heroes….
Politics change like the wind, and we’re not allowed to change the status of our chuhada every time we change our political policies (i.e Geagea visited the syrian enemy back in the 90’s YA3N3 CHUHADA AL OUWET DOD SYRIA BATALO CHUHADA ?? ) It is called politics ya delta.. Martyrs are martyrs and politics is politics.

Where did you read that ?? explain yourself..
30 yrs of war taught me many things, one of them is this :
Syria cannot be our enemy. We can’t afford that…

All of you guys keep talking about wars and the past and bla bla. Wars keep on happening because many in Lebanese society can’t even spot the real cause of where it is stemming from and actually don’t do anything about it(besides those who fight the zionists). Those same people prefer to just fight between themselves and scapegoat other political groups and blame the whole situation on them without further ado. One day we are invaded for being an “Arab country”, one day for housing Palestinians, one day for a resistance movement that sprung up from an invasion. One day for being Lebanese or might that just be it? Wake up and recognize the real suppressive leaders are in israel and the US. They***** the whole middle east leaving no country out since the artificial creation of israel. They want you to keep on fighting each other till you take each other out. You guys are sparing the Zionists the work for they will only end up drinking champagne if not our own chateau kefraya on your graves and rejoice. Make a poem about that Lebanonjon.
Second, what kind of idiot who calls sryia his arch enemy plans to visit it after 4 years or so from assassinating his father. A widow won’t even marry with that time frame.
Third, the Baathist regime in Syria is not an ideal gov at all. Very corrupt. Even more than the Lebanese one. But atleast in Syria; you are not marginalized for belonging to a certain religion or constantly asked about it. But for all who say that Syria is an arch enemy. In 2006, 1 million Lebanese were evacuated and went through syria. Those arch enemies opened up their homes to us just like the Lebanese here did. Yet you don’t consider Israel your enemy? Now tell me, since Israel isn’t your enemy then why didn’t anyone here actually visit it or were offered any help by them? Instead they massacred our civilians(most of which children and mothers). So, for all who think Israel isn’t an enemy of Lebanon, Arabs, Muslims, Christians, Jews and the world. I’m sure you’ll be recieved at ben gurion airport with open arms but in your cases—>straight to the interrogation.

Mike
Good post. I just don’t understand these guys anymore.
After world war 1 , the league of nations gave Britain a full control over Palestine. The Britian mandate paved the road for the 1917 balfour declaration.. After wolrd war 2, Britian decided to pass the problem to the U.N zionist organization, which in 1947 called for dividing the region into separate states and then declared the Israeli independence..Same thing happened to Lebanon and Syria, zionism backed by the french created ”etat de grand liban” ect.. and here we are till THIS DAY still suffer from this zionist division of ME….
25. Maximus | November 13th, 2009 at 1:42 pm
Mike
Where were the Zionists in 1860 when Druzes and Sunnis massacred thouthands of Christians in Lebanon and Damascus?
Where were the Zionists in 1305 when Mameluks and Druzes massacred thouthands of Maronites and destroyed dozens of villages in the Keserwen?
26. danny | November 13th, 2009 at 1:46 pm
Mikey your convoluted way of thinking is typical of a psychopath…You would like me to visit the Cedars? Well I was there last year and in Bcharri as well…
You don’t deserve an answer on#24; as it is an absolute rant…
Just on comment”…In 2006, 1 million Lebanese were evacuated and went through syria. Those arch enemies opened up their homes to us just like the Lebanese here did”…
You make me laugh; so typical of the sadist murderer to create havoc and war then offer its help to look like the saviour …Are you REALLy proud of them? Go fornicate yourself your assinine psychopath!

The truth is the truth no matter if you can afford it or not.
29. Delta | November 14th, 2009 at 1:54 am
I dont wanna debate tih you ya Doc cause I have respect for martyrdom… and this is a very touchy subjct no I dont believe hizbullah fighters launching rockets on innocent Isreali civilians are martyrs when they get identified and toasted by an appachi. but I believe in someone fightng for the freedom security of his village city and town is a martyr….
american military dying inIraq for our safety are martyrs
Lebanese young mans fighting a syrian army that streches its tanks from bey to damascus are martyrs…..
No matter how many times we argue. I try hard to respect you I confess I fail lot of times. and Dont even like to disrespect you, but on that one I am going to be honnest withyou.
If you believe dying under a syrian Shoe is better than dying under an Isreali you are afool. if you would decide to have agov of unity you need to answer the fears of others. but you wont and its fine…..
You are in power now enjoy it .
every good man who fight for freedom and dignity is a martyr…..
chicky dirty coward assasins like the one that shot the army captain hanna and the taliban and the people that put IED’s for our military in Iraq and the Assholes that attacked us in 9/11 are not martyrs are terrorists..
I am sure you disagree untill we agree on these basis I wont be surprized if you call a 14 year old who blow his ass up in a school bus a martyr…
the Definition f martyr for me is different from yours and we will disagree for ever…..
Good luck to you man

“Where were the Zionists in 1860 when Druzes and Sunnis massacred thouthands of Christians in Lebanon and Damascus?
Where were the Zionists in 1305 when Mameluks and Druzes massacred thouthands of Maronites and destroyed dozens of villages in the Keserwen?”- Maxiumus
Yea where was raegan, clinton and obama during the american revolution. Where was shakespeare during the crusades. Where was Abu Riyad during the first excavation of dinosaurs in the western colorado “dino digs”.
Or let me give you a better one?
What was Bush doing to support the Lebanese people that he pledged to back fully; when we were invaded in 2006? Where is the international community and human rights watch stopping armies from committing massacres in lebanon, palestine, syria , iraq and etc without bringing them to justice. Where is the UN when most of the Arab worlds nuclear physicits have been assasinated by the mosaad. Where is the world talking about the 1.5 million human beings that have been murdered in Iraq since 2003 by the US,UK armies and the mosaad, SAS, delta force assasination squads. It now counts as a genocide. Better yet the Israelies don’t admit the Armenian one.
Seriously danny. Grow up or go back to cedarvoice. Actually you don’t even deserve cedarvoice. Go to some ultra-zionist right website and lekhaim them all you want. I read your posts. Since you already know that the mosaad helped assasinate sheikh bashir. Why do you vehemently attack those who fight these people.
If you want to practice your philosophy 101, delusional physciatry and vocab skills. Put it to good use instead of pathetically trying to insult anyone who has a different viewpoint and people who are actually exposing the criminals of todays world.
Seems you have a problem with that; no wonder your calling me a phsycopath. It’s like when avi is calling me a religous extremist terrorist even though I like all religions and promote peace. So I tell both of you sad antagonistic people to get a life and get educated on history. I don’t come here dissing people for fun or talking badly about israel for the fun of it. I would rather have nothing to do with it. But how can we let such muderous criminals keep killing and attacking us and other human beings? We have to do something about it and stop them. Seems you want the exact opposite.
And you come here saying lakhaim all the time. To what long life are you talking about when you’re supporting the criminals that are trying so hard to not let us have one?
31. danny | November 14th, 2009 at 11:04 am
Mike or ali …
Whatever your name is ..you seem quite disturbed that your constant B S and unwavering support for your zionism have soured your life… You do seem like a lonely boy who really wants to validate his life through a blog where he does not even belong…
“Yea where was raegan, clinton and obama during the american revolution. Where was shakespeare during the crusades. Where was Abu Riyad during the first excavation of dinosaurs in the western colorado “dino digs”.
Now what kind of an I D I OT would say that in response to what max said? YOU…It just shows your line of thinking or rationale..You are so ST….d. What kind of rebuttle is that? It seems that you have a verbal diarrea…You don’t make sense at all about anything. Just bunch of incoherent sentences.
What do your random rants have to do with the post of hariri going to Syria? You really need validation…well unfortunately you cannot have it here poor sap.
Now seriously go back to your sandbox…
