  N,

  You have a good point there, but unfortunately i don’t agree with you this time, since the visit had a target to show that the independent Lebanese, not only the Christians, are united towards the same goal, and also that when Lebanese are left alone without interferences, they could live without having major problems between them. And i also think that Dr. Geagea is trying at the moment to show that he’s changed and to delete the picture that was drawn in the Muslims minds, because whether we like it or not, we need every support we can get for this man, who made a big sacrifice. I think he ahs already gained the Christians support, of course the one who’s not following blindly other politicians, and i don’t think he can gain additional support among christians if he visits their towns and regions. Since you’re the best to know that you cannot change the FPMers opinion whatever you want. I live in Kuwit, and i have many Muslims friends, from both 8 and 14 March camps, and i realized a big positive change in their ideas about Hakim, . Believe me, despite all the mistakes, but we are gaining a credible support which willl yield good results in the future.

  Hakim saved thousands of Christians when he decided to go up and defend the villages … he led a courageous and impossible mission and succeeded regardless of the result of the war …

  This is history and no one can deny it .. i salute his courage and his commandment in the Mountain war.

  However, this is politics and before visiting the Druzes who were slaughtering us, you reinforce ur position and visit the villages you defended, you pray on the graves of the martyrs who fell defending them and our Cause .. BEFORE anything !

  Do u have any further information about what MP Abbas Hashim is doing in Jbeil area concerning the selling of lands to Shiites?? can you raise the issue in a future post? this is so dangerous. And for the Tayyar people, instead of criticizing the relation between Christians of March 14 and Muslims. look at what ur PM’s are doing for HA and his islamic Al Fakih state

  They should stop talking and give the christians the money to get back up there.
  We’re from kfarmatta, and my dad faught there during the war. The smallest reward he can get is being able to get back up there. Every time he talks about it he get a certain look in his eyes and you can see how much he misses it.

  It is a good step that Hakim went to the mountain and met junblat , but this step will not be completed unless all christians will back to their towns.
