What took them so long ?? Time has shown that the only way to negociate Syrians and their allies is by imposing your will and pressure them as much as possible .. This is what Sanioura did by voting for an amendment of the constitution to elect Sleiman and this is what should have been done long time ago ..

Hezbollah seemed confused by this move and directly threatened .. empty threads though since Syria ‘warned’ the so-called Resistance of getting dragged into a civil war, and being armed, any wrong move from their side will get them into a chaotic status ..

What should happen next ?

Berri should be ignored if he cant hold a session, M14 asks Maccary to take over and order a session where Sleiman is voted President …

Enough fooling around, Aoun is a ‘vaurien’, Berri is a P.O Box and Hezbollah’s threats will only fire back at them …

I love how the opposition is considering the govt. unconstitutional yet they wanna take everything and do it unconstitutionaly.

It’s either their way or the highway. M14 shouldn’t even waste time and listen to their threats. I wanna see more action from M14.

I would simply say, put all the march 8th in a open field, soak them with gasoline and burn them to death.

N, in what you said the half + 1 is the end of the crisis, finally march 14 will elect with 68 deputies…
but i think there can be another scenario which is the same like the international tribunal law… once Berri refuse to hold a session, the law can go directly to the U.N.
and another international resolution regarding the presidency election will be made…

in my opinion half + 1 should be the solution long time ago, but anyway the cabinet move was not bad at all…

    Cheers,

Since they are going to elect with 50+1 then let’e ditch Sleiman and go for someone with real guts: Carols or Chamoun!
