Disrespecting Our Martyrs ..
Posted by N10452Why should i be surprised ???
From Al-Akhbar today :
كعادتهم منذ سبعة وعشرين عاماً، يستعيد رفاق قتلى «القوات اللبنانيّة» سابقاً وعائلاتهم ذكراهم اليوم في
I ll translate it:
” As they have been doing the past 27 years, the ex-LFers commemorate their DEAD ….”
I dont know how this paper gathers all this filth, i dare them to go to our martyrs’ families and say that to their face.
Ma Btiswa sermeytoun ( as per ur Irange idole) la hal chouhada ya Ghassan Sou3oud ..

N, thats not the proper translation of the above sentence!!
It translates to:
As ‘they’ have usually done for the past 27 years, the comrades of the past Lebanese Forces martyrs commemorate…

John, are you dislexic or something?
It says
as usual for 27 years now the friends and family of the LF dead remember…
5. mikel | August 28th, 2007 at 2:33 am
And when he said martyrs, he put it btw brackets, as if he was forced to say it and doesn’t beleive in it, or is moking it.

8. Traffic | August 28th, 2007 at 9:14 am
You’ll have to excuse Darko. He still thinks that Palestinians and Syrians are our countrymen. A symptom of the absurdity that plagues people who still believe in the “fertile crescent”.

The leb front werent the only ones who fought the syrians who at first came to the aid of that front
13. Rodge | August 28th, 2007 at 12:08 pm
many of the people who have commented here do not deserve any reply. The only thing we can say about them, is the expression that Jesusu Christ used when he was on the Cross:
اغفر لهم يا ابتاه لأنهم لا يعلمون ماذا يفعلون
may God forgive theose who are disrespecting our Martyrs, and we’ll not judge them, in fact we’ll pray for them so may God open their eyes to see the truth.
But eventhough, i have to reply on this, just for the sake of our Martyrs and their beloved, so i want to ask:
Mr. Darko, if you think that the Leb Front, as u said, are not the only ones who fought the Syrians, does that mean they are not Martyrs?? i don’t know which book of logic u’re using, but i advise you to change it anyway.
As for John, i think you need to learn Arabic better, maybe u will be able then to realize the difference between the words Dead and Martyrs. But, after recognizing your Arabic knowledge, i realized why u’re following Aoun and Co. maybe you’re suffering from understanding right from wrong, our Politicians should speak in another language.
Finally, Sir Sokhoush, and as i said before does not deserve any reply from me or from anyone else, in fact i don’t consider him as a sane human being.

The front didnt object the siryan invasion, witch means that there
17. Darko | August 28th, 2007 at 2:49 pm
Later objection & face off with the syrians is just a political maneuv
18. Johnny.B | August 28th, 2007 at 4:27 pm
Darko,
I don’t care who objected the syrian invasion and who did not. no matter who objected it or who was right or who was wrong, there is no reason to disrespect a martyr or to deny him, except for the people who don’t know what the word respect is untll someone in there family dies as a martyr.
19. fad14 | August 28th, 2007 at 4:58 pm
Darko:
Someone working for Syria and getting a salary from Iran is called a Martyr ???
Someone who makes a parade and celebration of Syria on March 8 is called a Martyr ????
Someone who kills civilians in Beirut and fought the army out of west beirut in 1983 is called Martyr ???
Someone who causes destruction to their villages and gets paid from Iran to do it is Martyr ???
Someone who stops people form doing their business and invades the houses of others and lives in it is called Martyr ???
Those are rats and whoever says thank you to Bashar for the past 30 years is no better than Syria and no better than Israel, and any death they suffer is called mercenary, they are paid to fight. Hizbulla MOURTAZAQA mish Shouhada.
And their ally Aoun, Ramz Al Soumod was the first to leave his army and runaway, WHAT F^@#EN Soumoud ?????

Darko,
I think if you read a history book you’ll see that amal and the army had a war.
27. Ra'fat | August 29th, 2007 at 4:14 am
A martyr is he who bleeds for his people, and no one bled more than the lf for all the Lebanese and Lebanon. HA bleeds for Iran and Syria, they ARE not martyrs, they are hired mercenaries and should be addressed as such. Thanks Fad for putting things in the proper context.
28. Darko | August 29th, 2007 at 8:59 am
Oh, that right. Those who invited the siry
29. Darko | August 29th, 2007 at 9:01 am
Siryan then the zionists to invade us, r the real martyrs
30. Darko | August 29th, 2007 at 9:04 am
Amal, lf, psp, they fought the army. Or did u have a good reason to do it
31. Johnny.B | August 29th, 2007 at 10:07 am
Darko,
lil assaf an army wearing lebanese uniform and using lebanese men but helping syrians is in no way considered lebanese, and back then when lf faught the army they were in fact fighting syria! so stop your non-sense and go read politics from all sides not only from one side
32. Fad14 | August 29th, 2007 at 12:10 pm
Darko:
Amal and Hizbulla were still training in Iran when the Israelis were kicked out from Beirut so advised by others, go read some history books and not the BOOKS provided from Mousasit Al Shaheed and written by the daughters of Hassan Hasaballah.
33. M.N. | August 29th, 2007 at 4:18 pm
come on guys a shity journalist from a shity disgusting newspaper don’t deserve all of this.
our martyrs will remain our martyrs whatever they wanna call them.
FPM never had a martyr, that’s why they don’t understand the meaning.
HA is not loyal to lebanon, so the person must die for Khomeiny or Khamina2i to be a martyr.
so we will not wait for them and for all the syrian puppets to recognize our martyrs..we don’t need it..we must be proud of this..
34. Darko | August 29th, 2007 at 4:32 pm
Actualy the last book i read about the lb war, was paul 3ndery’s “this is my testament”, tell me, is he one of the nassralah’s daughter, or is he an lfer
