Yes the Baabda Palace was and still a museum, in particular because of the statues that lived there in the last 20 years or so, from Michel Aoun till Emile Lahoud and Elias Hrawi before him.
They were nothng but statues, though unfortunately living statues

if u come to think it.. lebanon has 3 nice museums … b3abda, saray, and se7it il nijmeh.
