Tawlit l 7iwar
Posted by MickelWell it’s finally here! We can all relax now. Lebanon’s problems are all solved, we’re all going to live in peace and prosperity and get along great. And the people of Lebanon will finally reclaim their position as supreme inhabitants of the Earth.
If anyone has been listening to Lebanese politicians lately, they would think that dialogue will bring all of the above. They talk about it like it’s the answer to all our problems, and if they all get together, hide their grudges, shake hands, and exchange fake smiles, then everything is alright.
I’m not expecting anything from this “dialogue”. It’s just another pill that we’re giving to Lebanon. But that pill won’t cure Lebanon’s cancer.
Who in their right mind would believe that Hezbollah will give up its weapons if it was asked to by other Lebanese? And now they are putting obstacles in front of the meeting, asking for wider representation, more issues to talk about…
So M8 will do what has now become its trademark move: “to3til”. Then the opposing factions will bicker about the subjects at hand for about a month or so. They will get nowhere and finally be tired of this ‘dialogue’. At the end they will come up with a fifty-page statement about the ’agreements’ that they made. That text will be pointless, won’t solve any of the core problems, and will be vague ‘bimtiyez’. After the ‘agreement’ each politician will interpret the text as they wish, and no progress will be made.
I guess all Lebanese are welcoming these ‘dialogue sessions’ though, because they will buy them another couple of months of relative peace, before the ‘7iwar spirit’ dwindles and Lebanon slides back to sectarian tensions and violence.

AS for tawlit el 7iwar, i think it will be the new version of what Berri started 2 years ago, and the best thing is that Sleiman thinks he will make a break, i think when he see that he will have no role inside but just watching he will yfashkila with not attending or not calling for another session.
But besides all i wrote, i wish him luck.

I think its another cover up for the next Isreali operation, they are trying to get legit backup for the next attack or invasion so that it looks like the whole country is at war rather than Hizbooo.
Everyone knows Israel will not stay silent for long for what has happened and they know Hizbulla is getting stronger. Nasrallah not showing up unlike the previous time is the best proof on how much his life is in danger and how fast his clock is ticking.
In Lebanon no one is allowed to grow bigger than the other sects.
Maronites got clipped many times with Bashir, Geagea etc.
Druze got clipped with Kamal Jumblatt and Marwan Hmaded.
Sunnis got clipped with Hariri
and now the time for Shiites is over due and Amal and Hizbulla know that.

Mickel,
And I add that at the end of the dialogue sessions, Hizbists will search for an operation somewhere to destroy what’s left of the country and achieve a second holy imaginary victory.
And yet, Hassouna still hiding like a rat, and he will keep on hiding all his life until the syrians and iranians make a deal with Israel and the US to face the same fate as his brother in blood Imad Mughnieh.

That’s the wrong table, it’s supposed to be rectangular.
Let’s argue about the table, as usual….

Day by day, the situation is ramping up toward further escalation & confrontation: 1) Hezbollah declares that “weapons discussion is a past issue”; and 2) now two commando Mafia Baath Regime Battalions enter the North.
How can anyone negotiate with a militia in the middle of the house? How can anyone negotiate with a dictatorship pressing hard on our doors? Any commonsensical person will have no choice but to blow the fuck out of thugs (Hezbollah) and intruders (Baath Regime).
LF: stop the “gobbledygook” politics. LFers carried the cross of Lebanon with blood. The LF are born & destined to carry the cross on behalf of all the Christians. ARM yourself to the TEETH and READY yourself to purge Lebanon from its enemies!

Yalla ya Rodge, hopefully the end is near for Hezbollah.
