Why Were The Elections Cancelled?
Posted by MickelLebanese University President Zuhair Shukr announced that the school’s election will be cancelled due to the volatile security situation.
The LF Student Body has denounced this decision, and said that the elections were cancelled because of pressure from M8 politicians.
So is this how scared M8 is? They saw that all the schools were being swept by the LF so they pressured the LU to cancel theirs.

Maybe the President of the UL wanted to avoid problems, so he just cancelled the elections regardless what the result would be.
I’m being positive and neutral here since I really don’t have all the necessary information.

They should let democratic elections take place. They had them in the worst of times…Why cancel now that everything is soooo lovey dovey…
