Not in my name!
Posted by EiffelOmar Bashir in a nutshell:

1) One of the worst dictators in the world.
2) A notorious human rights violation record.
3) Accused of committing crimes against humanity.
What do the LF have to say about that?
Sorry, but I for one, do not endorse in any way neither the Arab Summit’s decision nor the LF’s support for this decision and for this ruthless tyrant.
Is this the same Lebanese Forces we are talking about?

I thought I am the only one left out there wondering what the hell happened to the LF and Samir Geagea.
I understand if others do not like my stand when I attack Geagea concerning his political choices in Lebanon.
But this one is uncalled before. All he has to do is ignore it and say nothing about it. NO one would have noticed.
But it sems he owes Saad Hariri and his masters in Saudi Arabia a lot. This was a payback.
As you said not in our name. And as I said before he should pay from his own pocket.
Let the whole world knows that this is not the LF. We do not defend this criminal. We also want to bring him to justice.
The decision to support this criminal was taken as usual by Samir Geagea and his click.
They should pack and go home, this is not the LF this is not us.
The LF is being hijacked. what a DISGRACE.

6. kezballah | March 6th, 2009 at 12:29 am
This is strategic decision that can easily be blamed on Dr Geagea as the head of LF, it is a SHAME
It is also a Shame on us if we don’t make a demonstration to Me3rab and DEMAND this decision is reversed.
IN THE NAME of 6000 Martyrs who died fighting dictateur criminals like Omar Bashir!!
7. Patrick | March 6th, 2009 at 2:55 am

8. Rima | March 6th, 2009 at 3:45 am

this is the right quote…

whts the surprise when a war lord endorses another war lord’s actions….all that LF did in the history of lebanon was kidnap and kill people….and now ur surprised with their clear and obvious protection and support of this man….

This Sudanese Tyrant sends his Arab Militias to attack the christian villages in Sudan, Killing the men and gang raping the women, then sells them as slaves after forcibly converting them to Islam.

18. Rima | March 6th, 2009 at 1:29 pm
Ordinary Insen
The International criminal Court can only prosecute war crimes that occurred after 2002. This does not cover the Lebanese war and fehmak kiffayeh!
19. THERESINIA | March 6th, 2009 at 4:31 pm
For MANY YEARS, this guy has been ordering crimes in the Darfur region. It is a minimum to take him to court.
It is time to create International Courts for all those who commit crimes and think they can get away with it….
I command the statement by Joumblat who dares say what he think!!!!
20. Appo | March 6th, 2009 at 6:36 pm
radicalism in decision leads us to self-suicide only….
:”The 53-member AU, ending an emergency meeting in Addis Ababa yesterday, decided to send a delegation to the UN to ask the Security Council to suspend the indictment against Al Bashir, said Bruno Nongoma Zidouemba, the AU ambassador of Burkina Faso, the group’s rotating chairman.
“We think the concern for justice should go together with the concern for peace in Sudan,” he said.
“The Arab League was alarmed by the ICC indictment of the Sudanese president because of its negative ramifications and its impact on stability in Sudan and the region,” spokesman Abdul Aleem Al Abyad said.

IT’S BEEN A WHILE THAT I DIDN’T POST ANY COMMENT ON THIS BLOG.BUT NOW I SEE I HAVE TO DO IT, BECAUSE I SEE THAT ALL THE LF’ERS OVERHERE ARE SO ASHAMED AND DISAPPOINTED. I WANT TO TELL ALL OF YOU SOMETHING: TO HAVE AN OPINION ON SUCH A NEW I NEED TO KNOW TWO THINGS FIRST.
-WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF THIS NEW? BECAUSE BOTH OF EIFFEL AND MANO DIDN’T TELL US ABOUT IT.
-I NEED TO HAVE AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE LF ,SO I BELIEVE THIS IS THEIR TRUE POSITION.I DIDN’T READ ANYTHING ABOUT THAT ON THEIR OFFICIAL SITE.
SO BUDDIES, INSTEAD OF WEEPING AND BEING ASHAMED, BE SURE FIRST IF THE NEW IS A TRUE ONE, OR I WILL THINK THAT OF YOU:KELME BTEKHIDKOUN,WKELME BITJIBKOUN.

Dear Tego,
The General of Rabiyeh is a prisoner of Syria and Iran. What do you expect from him other than saying that “Mughniyeh is Lebanese Martyr”!!!!
BUT, I was expecting that the L.F. would behave differently and show INDEPENDENT opinion based on Human Rights, Justice and Democracy….
27. Che | March 7th, 2009 at 2:16 am
In as much as I respect the reaction of bloggers about what seemed to be an empathic support of LF to Sudan, it would be prudent first to inquire from the LF about its position and demand an explanation about this news release. Only after decide if you wish to slander Samir Geagea.

Dear Lebanonhsh,
The L.F. I am referring to are the L.F. of BASHIR !
My wish is that the L.F. take the legacy of Bashir and apply it for the COMMON GOOD of our country.
Do you have a complete idea of Bashir’s principles and values? Please refer to father Selim ABU.
32. N10452 | March 7th, 2009 at 1:56 pm
LF of Bashir ???
There s one LF and there s bashir and samir etc etc …

36. THERESINIA | March 8th, 2009 at 1:35 am
Dear N,
It is very difficult to express an idea in a few lines. When I said the L.F. of BASHIR, I meant that the vast majority of the L.F. still refer to their founder and hero. If at one stage the successors (Fady, Fouad, Hakim..) take a stand which is opposite to this legacy, there is an immediate reaction like the one we have seen today and yesterday about the criminal and sudanese dictator OMAR!
This kind of reaction is: 1) in the pure line of the legacy of Bashir, and 2) is a healthy reaction. It shows that the inheretided values are still there!
37. Rima | March 8th, 2009 at 5:03 am
Bass ya jame3a who said that if Bashir Gemayel was still alive, RIP, he wouldn’t have done political mistakes. His assassination by itself is a result of him turning his back to the Israelis and trying to cooperate with the Arabs. We as Christians of Lebanon are in a very tough spot!
Although one should appreciate the open criticism of Geagea’s political standpoints by Lfers, one can only change the future and never the past. Bashir has gone but Geagea is alive and working hard to survive in a very hostile environment…we are weaker than before due to our own traitors like Suleiman Frangiyeh, Emile Lahoud the opportunistic and most importantly Aoun the lunatic. The International community does not care about us being Christians or not as long as we are part of a governmnet considered legitimate and obviousely the Siniora govnt gained this Arab and international legitimacy. Lfers can only join the “State project” and are not independent at all…you need to forge alliances from within to voice your concerns otherwise you are smashed in politics!
This said I do agree with all of you that we do not need stupid statements regarding Kuntar and Omar Al bashir from official lfers!!!
Cheers
38. Lebanonhsh | March 8th, 2009 at 12:24 pm
Rima,
LF is always blaming this and that for their own failures ..this is traitor, that is a lunatic etc…it has always been the case….the truth is that with Geaga3 LF is weak and has always been a follower under his leadership..this is an undeniable truth
39. Rima | March 8th, 2009 at 12:56 pm
Lebanonhsh
I am not LF and am not aspiring to be one. I care about the future of this country. Unfortunately, the HA-Aounis-Berris do not provide a better alternative or project for Lebanon. In this case we have to stick with what we have. I mean LF and other 14th March groups. Do you have a better option? if not don’t blame me. Ah saying that we have to be neutral and mich ma3 hada is like hitting a dead end. We have to choose when we have no choice!!!!
40. Lebanonhsh | March 8th, 2009 at 1:28 pm
Rima
Totally agree with you; but I don’t see either a project for Lebanon through LF-MOUSTA2BAL-Jumblat…Moustab2bal jarabnehon men l90, 3melo masalhton wsara2o lbalad hene wel sourye, LF and Jmblat jarbnehon bel harab,le3bo dawron wsar lezim netwe safheton ba2a…same for HA-Aoun-Berri…so choosing or not we are hitting a dead end in both cases…we must realise eno nehna cha3eb fessed, bala damir, wcha3eb mayet, cha3eb 2abale aktar men 3arab lsahra

You never cease to amaze me
tfehhh!
So you are with an arrest warrant for presidents only if they are against your KSA agenda in the region? I wonder if this arrest warrant was againt bashar al assad , would you have done the same thing????????????
You guys became cheap sugars means cheap slaves w fihmkun kfeye..I never thought I would live to see this Christian Lf party supporting such guy (albashir)…
Hamdella 3m bitbaynu 3la 7a2itkun yum ba3ed yum… as long as hariri and dar al fatwa are agaisnt it ya3ne into sirto against it? eh ? looool pathetic..
So What’s next you guys? Endorsing mulla omar ? walaw there were war crimes commited upon us back in 2006 , so why don’t you ask the ICC about these Israeli crimes instead of supporting al bashir ??????? Or should al bashir pays the ICC the same way mu3mar al kazzafi did so he can be off their list?
What a shame.. What a joke …
42. sniper | March 9th, 2009 at 9:18 pm
quite honestly we don’t support his regime nor can our principles allow us to do so. However, why not sell them words. Our only cause is Lebanon. Who the hell cares what happens elsewhere. You want a statement of solidarity, I’m there for you. You want action, tawili ya ra2btak.
I, for once, am not freaking out at this statement. Call me a follower, whatever, but I won’t jump at every opportunity to self-destruct.
