I don’t understand why Aounists feel so proud about this visit and feel it is directed against the LF. They were the ones insulting & direspecting the Patriarch, yet here is Aoun visiting him and recognizing his stance and his position, just like Geagea asked him to.
PS: He did not attend the whole bishops meeting but only a small part since he came “uninvited”, and was asked to leave before the bishops issued their statement.

After the large calls to ban masturbation in Syria, the movement is expanding to Lebanon whereas a performance by samba dancers was banned today in Tyr after Lebanese Muslim scholars objected to it and stated: “This is a pornographic dance group that goes against our ethics”
The Ouwet Blog’s correspondant from Tyr clarified that the increase of masturbation among young men and elderly due to the samba dance was the main reason behind its cancellation. Scholars feared such a habit might weaken the youth and maybe the resistance fighters who have nothing to do all day but stay in their bunkers and watch tv. He continued that Syria, by the name of Mr.Fadal, had ordered those scholars to step up and stop the performance fearing that Israel might be behind this malicious plan after it had failed militarily to weaken the resistance.
When asked about his opinion, Danny from the Ouwet blog blasted those scholars and called what happened a real joke. He continued saying “I don’t understand how Samba is not ok but marrying 4 women & Mut3a Marriage are ok …. “
