Lebanon … to leave or to stay ..
Saturday, August 23rd, 2008I remember during the Syrian rule, many would leave Lebanon for a better future but then eventually to come back in few years time. Very few people would just leave for the sake of leaving.
After the July war, hundreds of thousands of young Lebanese left because they didnt want to stay here not one more second, regardless of whether they found a good job or not ..
This desperation to leave Lebanon is increasing by the day, and honestly i can no longer find any arguments to convince people from leaving this country since i myself am convinced i do not belong here anymore, not cause of any events, cause of facts that speak louder than words.
Eventually, even the cedars are packing and leaving
