What if Aoun gets assassinated in Syria…
Wednesday, November 26th, 2008We’ve been hearing, reading and talking about the “programmed return of political assassinations” prior to the next parliamentary elections…
Some “politicians” predict a huge earthquake, similar to the one caused by the assassination of PM Rafic Hariri. But who’s going to be the next target? A member of the March 14 alliance, or a member of the March 8 alliance?
I personally think that the Syrian regime (and yes, I am accusing them of all political assassinations in Lebanon) do not attach any importance to the people belonging to the March 14 or March 8 alliance. They are willing to sacrifice every one of them for their own interest (international tribunal, peace talks with Israel, openness to Europe and the USA…)
The Syrian regime needs an “easy target”, and whose death can cause chaos.
Unfortunately for them, the ISF and the Lebanese Army have been doing a great job lately in chasing terrorist cells. Our politicians are being much more precautious and are taking all the necessary measures to limit any assassination attempt…
So an assassination in Lebanon today is not as easy as it were a couple of months ago (I’m not saying impossible, but it’s just not that easy anymore), and the Syrian regime is in a strategy of embellishing its image.
They won’t take any risks in Lebanon.
In my opinion, the biggest earthquake that can be caused just before the next elections is Aoun’s assassination, during his “historic” visit to Syria.
Here is the situation:
The Syrians know and master the “battlefield”: so the location is known and controlled: SYRIA
The timing is just perfect: just before the parliamentary elections and during a so-called historic reconciliation
The target: a Christian politician, backed by a heavily armed chiite group, wiling to achieve its goals (regional and local) by all means (let us not forget May 7 events…)
The method is running smoothly: they fabricated a terrorist group called Fateh al Islam
The after assassination: they are fabricating virtual links between that terrorist group and the Moustakbal Movement (all that promotion through the media of Fateh al Islam today has a purpose)
What will they try to achieve by this assassination?
The aim of assassinating Aoun and liking the crime to Fateh al Islam, is to indirectly accuse Saad Hariri.
(note that the tension between the Saad Hariri and Michel Aoun is equivalent to the tension between Rafic Hariri and Emile Lahoud). This event would push the March 8 alliance for massive demonstrations in order to obtain an international tribunal, equivalent to the tribunal for Rafic Hariri (slogans we might hear and read: the blood of Rafic Hariri is not more valuable than the one of Aoun…)
By assassinating Aoun, the Syrian regime could give a huge boost to their allies during the next elections…
By assassinating Aoun, the Syrian regime would finally get rid of an uncontrollable, unstable and lunatic person.
Wen kenna wou wen sorna …
Wednesday, November 26th, 2008Sheikh Bashir in the late 70s, early 80s of signing an agreement with the Lebanese Christian community in Brazil (One of the largest), to buy lands in the Beqaa valley to link the Christian regions in the Beqaa & North with the ones in the South and establish a flourishing region there. That way Christians who had fled during the war would come back and have something to look up for.
Nowadays, Hezbollah is buying those lands to ISOLATE The Beqaa from the South and establish terrorist cells and put his hands on Lebanon’s richest land.

USJ incident : What really happened ?
Tuesday, November 25th, 2008What happened in USJ yesterday is not just some fight between M14 and M8 supporters, but it goes way beyond that to prove again & again that Hezbollah is using his “militia” aspect to terrorize others, even at the university level.
The USJ is formed from a certain committe called l’amicale, and every event held on campus needed before the approval of 3 out of the 5 heads, however that was changed to be 5 out of 5, which is completely absurd in my opinion.
Yesterday, The Kataeb wanted an approval for holding a small commemoration for Sheikh Pierre inside the university, however the Hezbollah officials clearly ordered the FPM to refuse it and they obeyed.
The Kataeb supporters did the commemoration outside campus and after they were done wanted to put flowers for Pierre and hold a small prayer in the University’s small church. This is when HA thugs blocked the entrance and didnt let them in, which provoked the clashes and the exchange of slogans …
ISF & Army units intervened then to stop the fight ..
Hayda el moustawa li woussolnelo, we cant even hold a prayer for a major Christian martyr inside a CHRISTIAN university ..
This is unacceptable and its consequences arent gonna be pleasant, definitly not for Hezbollah … but if it were back to me, i wouldnt stand in the way of M14 supporters wanting to teach those disrespectful thugs a lesson ..
Thats the least they deserve … disrespecting a martyr and a major Christian figure, disallowing students from holding a prayer inside a christian university in the heart of Achrafieh …
Did anyone hear about a Syrian Apology???
Tuesday, November 25th, 2008In his latest lapse, and while defending Syria as often, Aoun asked for a Public Apology from Kataeb as a condition to resume good relations with them.
I wonder did Aoun ask or get this same Apology from Syria, so he decided to make that historical visit, or maybe he’s the one who apologized to the Syrians for the miseries he caused them during the last 33 years????
Maybe because he felt the Syrians are poor and innocent and they have suffered enough from the Lebanese people. Haram!!!
Happy Dependence day (continued)
Monday, November 24th, 2008After dropping the Lebanese flag, we have two new things to add them to Hezbollah’s shame list:
1- Secret Hizbullah Maneuvers in the South on the Independance day.
2- No Representative @ the Military Parade for no reason.
They couldnt have scheduled their maneuvers for another day ?? or maybe it wasnt a maneuver ? maybe they were rejoicing over Sheikh Pierre’s 2nd annual commemoration ..
Resistance 2al ..
Riots @ USJ : Hezbollah vs. Kataeb
Monday, November 24th, 2008During the USJ elections, SSNP & thugs from Hezbollah & Amal were cheering for “Chartouni” when they won …
Hayda moustawa hal jame3a el zbele ..
Today they clashed again with the Kataeb members commemorating Sheikh Pierre’s memorial and i am sure “Chartouni” was cheered as well ..
I wish i can give orders to the Kataeb supporters down there, to avoid clashes and simply lift banners saying “Bazzi2 3le bi2ellak 3am bitchatte”.
How do you see Aoun’s visit to Syria?
Monday, November 24th, 2008Michel Aoun is expected to visit Syria very soon, in what is described by some (me included) as a return to the source, where his political career actually began.
It is clear that Aoun is not visiting Syria as a “Liberation Hero”, neither as a leader earning a consensus among his people (Christians or other communities), and of course not as a President of the Republic (his fading dream), not even as a minister or any official status.
He’s visiting Syria as a “Party leader”, who is much closer now to Syria than any other prominent politician in Lebanon, and his current statements prove that.
So regardless if we are with Aoun or against him, and without trying to negotiate his politics, principles, acts or beliefs, I really want us to debate about the purpose of his visit and if it would have any positive impact on Lebanon, or just to improve his own situation.
He describes his visit as historic, similar to Gen. De Gaulle’s (or De Gall as per our dear friend Lebanonjon) visit to Germany after WW2, and he’s trying to convince people that he will “shil el zir min el bir”.
Frankly I don’t see any real purpose or importance to this visit, except to fulfill his own personal interests, but in return, and maybe in order to strengthen his position before the coming elections, the Syrians would offer him something (could it be freeing few prisoners??) to portray him as the hero and the man who as always “brings back the Christians rights”!!!!! (What a joke).
I personally have doubts, and I don’t think the Syrians will do this, but of course they will do other things to support his image among Christians in particular, in order to gain back his continuous support for their politics in Lebanon.
Whatever happens, this visit has no importance at all, it will be more publicity than a visit, and it will not have any good outcomes, in fact it could bring us bad consequences, since when he made his first visit I the 80s, he received a promise to become President, and launched war after war as a result, so I’m afraid this time they will provide him with another promise that could have more disastrous results.
Germany bans Al-Manar terrorist TV
Sunday, November 23rd, 2008Na3eeman ya Abbas
BERLIN — Germany has banned Hezbollah’s television station on grounds that it violates the country’s constitution, an Interior Ministry spokesman said Friday.
The U.S. banned Al-Manar in 2004, saying it incited terrorist activity. Hezbollah is not banned in Germany but is under observation by the domestic intelligence agency, which tracks extremists.
The Al-Manar ban prevents German satellite television companies from offering the channel.
Kataeb Party & Sheikh Pierre 2nd remembrance
Sunday, November 23rd, 2008Kataeb is celebrating today its 72nd anniversary and Sheikh Pierre’s 2nd annual remembrance.
The event is huge, bigger than i thought it would be, and highly organized.
You can follow news updates on the Kataeb site.
Here are some early pics:

GENERAL DE GALL
Sunday, November 23rd, 2008Gall: noun
Definition :’brazen boldness coupled with impudent assurance and insolence
‘
Dear General De Gall we wish you would ask us
About your impending visit to Damascus
You should use a tongue brush and make several passes
Its the best way to keep your tongue clean from their asses
Bachar likes to be praised, so bring your thesaurus
And some original excuses, you are starting to bore us
Every time you appear on tv , we hear a placation
And what sounds like excitement for your syrian vacation
The latest was your certainty that they don’t want to control us
They made up for that with the Mobilettes that patrol us
Hizballahs little motorized spy force of informers
And your cover for them :The Change and Reformers
An Orange Sensation with automated excuses
For any kind of Syrian or Iranian abuses
You are quick to defend them and so are your minions
Its remarkable to hear your retarded opinions
like “Who would send an army pilot to fly in the south?”
And other such gibberish that comes out of your mouth
You have become like those who you criticized for ages
In fact you surpassed them in some critical gauges
But you will always play catch up to Franjieh and Wahhab
Unless you visit Damascus in a Syrian cab
That will prove it to all and once and for all
That the name fits you right; General De GALL
