Manar TV bans Smurfs show
Posted by N10452Al-Manar TV has decided to ban the Smurfs show after Their “divine” leader Nasrallah discovered an Israeli agent infiltrated within the Smurfs ranks.
Indeed 7assouna was having his morning zamzam drink and watching his favorite show The Smurfs when he was shocked to see an armed LFer dressed up as a smurf.
HA will organize a press release later on today and issue a fatwa against watching such zionist shows.
We received a preview of the character 7assouna was referring to:

This was broadcasted almost 10 days ago on CNN.
So Mr.Michel el Murr goes on TV and claims chances of finding a solution went frmo 50% to 75 % and everyone becomes happy and hopeful .. walla watching this man speech from Bkerke made me sick ..
Did we forget that easily how he used to win his elections ??
Did we forget the buses that used to come from the North to vote for him ??
Did we forget the threats he used to sent on TV to those who dont vote for him ??
Did we forget the 7th of August 2001 ??
I say it and repeat it, one of the major problems of our people is that they forget … and this is a sign of political ignorance to say the least … because if it takes someone like Michel el Murr to resolve our problems, khalleelkoun hal balad wou hal 7koume laken !!
ولست انا من يتسلط ويفرض رأيه عليهم
Read those words again & again and keep in mind this is Michel el Murr speaking here..
Aoun : Syria’s favorite General ..
Posted by N10452If i were Syria, i could not have asked for a better person to execute my plans than General Michel Aoun, and the best part is that he is doing Syria favor after favor unintentionally, at least i hope so …
![]()
As for us Christians, i can say Aoun is the worst virus that hit our community ever, for he managed to expoit our people, lie to them, incite them against the authorities, convince them of his revolutionary ideas while doing the complete opposite .. i never imagined a troubled person like Aoun can become so popular and cause that much damage .. this should tell us a lot about the lack of political orientation and awareness in our society ..
More importantly, it should teach other parties ( LF Mainly), how to prepare its community for facing such harmful individuals by raising awareness and promoting democracy within the same party …
Back to our main topic, i will expose two major events that were crucial for us Christians, yet somehow Aoun figured out a way to turn the table on our heads ..
Years 1989 -1990:
Back in 1988, The Lebanese Forces is in control of all Christian regions and is in its golden years, while Amine Gemayel is weaker than ever and his mandate about to end. Aoun is appointed head of a temporary government and what a big mistake by Amine .. and what a glorious day for the Syrians it turned out to be later on ..
Aoun in only two years started launching media propagandas against the LF militia and all militias, turned a lot of the people against it, started sending demonstrations to checkpoints to score points .. then he decided to launch a war against it, regardless of what Aounists claim .. AOUN started the war and there are facts that speak louder than words.
A mad general weaking the only Resistance left against the Syrians ..
Could Syria ask for more ?? probably not but our dear General was just unstoppable ..
He woke up one day and launched an unbalanced war against the Syrians, LF had to help him and when he was defeated, they were weakened politically, and it did not stop here, Aoun relaunched another destructive war against the LF and failed again but caused major damage on all sides and made us reach the Taef agreement .
Who could have thought the LF could be that weakened after 15 years of tough resistance .. only a virus could have done that, and not even Syrians could have infected us like Aoun did ..
Years 2005 -2007:
After 15 years of “suffering” in exile in France ( i wish i could suffer in France too), Our dear general came back with a huge reform plan, wanting to turn things upside down, LF was still jailed and inactive … Aoun comes back and sweeps elections by joining forces with Syria’s most loyal allies ..
After having isolated those groups after the Cedars Revolution, Our Dear General gets them back on the political scene ..
It turns out later on that He had agreed with Syrian officials to cool it down on Syria and in return he is allowed to come back ( as per Fayez Azzi, his ex-political advisor confessions).
But things did not stop here, After isolating Hezbollah and Syria for months, and pressuring both parties and for the first time asking HA to disarm with no conditions, Aoun wakes up one day and decides to sign an agreement with a party he called terrorist and lobbied against few years ago .
I heard Assad was so overjoyed he called the day off and organized festivities all over Syria. He was stuck and had no clue what to do until Genius Aoun came and resolved the issue for him.
Two months later, Hezbollah starts a war against Israel and Aoun gets a slap in the face, but of course he is faithful to his agreements, so he goes along with HA and defends it all the way, demonstrates with him, builds Tent City with him, closes the Down Town, burn tyres and closes roads and causes tensions among Christians inexistant for years ..
I could go on and on listing all the favors Aoun did to Syria, but those two are just shocking and just prove how short-sighted is this man and how “unfortunatelly” unaware is our people.
Now you might ask me, why would he do such things ?
Its pure and simple, and after 15 years and having sensed this is his last chance of achieving it, he admits he wants to be president … he is just so desperate to become a president he could care less where it leads him, either president of the Islamic Republic of Lebanon, or Hariristan, or United States of Lebanon .. what matters is the title ..
PS: i should be expecting major attacks from Aounists defending the General and insulting the LF and bla bla … those i do not blame, they were infected and their cure needs time .. they are patriotic they have the right principles … just following the wrong person .. I suggest they start drinking natural Orance Juice ..
Talk about “Respectful” Papers ..

U.N soon on the Syrian Borders ?
Posted by N10452UN report today revealed that “Lebanon’s border with Syria is open to smuggling of weapons and other goods” and “that Lebanon’s security forces lack training for carrying out anti-smuggling missions and its deployment is not aimed at stemming such activity. “
![]()
UN Troops to monitor the Syrian borders will be just perfect, and it is looking more and more probable specially after the attack on the Spanish UNIFIL troops two days ago. The Arab league, Europe and Americans are all supportive of the government and 14th of March and am sure will back such a decision in the UN.
Syria closed its borders weirdly enough anyway, so lets help her close all its borders and let us live in peace …

Haifa is indeed hurting !!
Posted by N10452Sobneha bil 3en lal Sit Haifa ..and now we know where she is hurting haha ..
From Waleg
Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe survived a serious car accident while filming her latest video clip of the song ‘Hassa if Benna Haga’ in Lebanon.
The video clip shows a helicopter chasing Haifa’s car … What happened was that the helicopter hit the back of Haifa’s car and also Haifa’s head! This resulted in a huge accident that left the car smashed and loads of glass pieces flew in all directions which resulted in puncturing the helicopter’s fuel tank! The fuel spilled all over Haifa & the crew … This could have become an ugly exploding accident … But luckily that didn’t happen.
The Lebanese Army forces came to the rescue and pulled Haifa away from the wreck and protected the crew as well.
Haifa was taken to the hospital for check up … She was under surveillance for about 24 hours … Luckily she came out of this whole experience with no serious injuries.
Haifa thanked the Lebanese forces for helping her and promised her fans that she’ll be back very soon to continue working on her new album.

“Al Amrou laka”
Posted by N10452Is it just me or did anyone notice how this billboard for the army has a hidden political message, i sense Lahoud or someone Anti-LF within the army had a hand in doing it ..
Al Amrou laka ?? does it ring a bell ?? “Al Amrou li” famous quote by Dr.Geagea.
And this quote is heavily used by Lahoud to attack Hakim as well.
PS: notice the Hawa Chicken Logo (Djeij) logo under the billboard, i didnt show it on purpose though
This was posted today by a member on the LF forum, an impressive and touching story.
A Heart Of A Soldier…A Heart Of A Nation
No, it’s not a movie scene from an “Oliver Stone’s” script.
Abi Samra, Tripoli
Phone ringing.
Little after 4:00 am,
Ramzi’s brother.
Didn’t bother to pick it up.
Bad!
Hurried up, put my clothes on.
Returned the phone call.
Is it Ramzi?!
Yes.
Where at?!
Abi Samra.
How bad?!
Serious.
Where is he?!
SH. Hospital, meet me there.
Got there, hospital filled with military personnel.
Made my way to the intensive care.
Same scene in the hallway. Filled with People in Army fatigue, from all ranks, and all Religions and sects. Some bewildered, some walking in daze, some scratching their heads, some in rage, a soldier sitting on the floor by the door weeping like a child (will return to this guy shortly)
An intern, begging all to stop requesting to give blood, as they’ve received more than enough.
Ramzi’s mother standing motionlessly and pale by the door too. Didn’t say a word to her…just hugged her.
The mayhem goes as follows,
Little after dark on Saturday, one of those filthy “Carbon Unit” is apprehended. After interrogation, he confessed to being a member of a cell of 4. Gave the location to the remainder terrorists.
Ramzi was instructed to go and apprehend the rest.
Unaware of an ambush in the making ahead already, Ramzi proceeded to the location accompanied by 2 of his soldier in a jeep, while the rest of the platoon was preparing itself to follow suit.
Soon as he arrived and all stepped out of their jeep, they were met with a storm of high caliber explosive bullets raining in on them from all sides.
One of his soldiers was gunned down immediately, while R was hit in the back with a high caliber explosive bullet, without having the chance to load his gun even.
Fell on the ground, leaving the one and only remaining soldier to cover.
Knowing that one of his comrades was already dead, that soldier jumped on his Captain laying on the floor and covered him with his own body, while returning fire as fast as he could and in all directions.
Ramzi, and still conscious, ordered his remaining officer to retreat, seek shelter, and wait until the rest of the platoon arrives, as it was not necessary for him to die.
That Sunni soldier adamantly replied that he will NOT abandon his Captain (who happens to be a Maronite) and kept on firing while laying on top of him.
Knowing that his orders will be in vain, Ramzi then instructed that soldier to load his own pistol for him, as his gun was ejected far after he was hit.
While bleeding profusely and firing his pistol in one direction, his companion was shooting in another direction, with both trying feverishly to cover the front and back.
By then the rest of the platoon arrived.
Witnessing the magnitude of the firefight, they quickly stepped out and took position and start firing.
Realizing that their Captain, along with one of their companions were gunned down, and with pure adrenaline, 2 of the officers charged in a somewhat suicidal attempt to rescue their Captain and fallen comrade. The 2 were hit immediately (1 of them was a Shi3a.)
Then, all hell broke loose, and the remainder of the platoon split in 2, with one charging the terrorists hiding in the bushes, while the other half towards the building hiding the other terrorists.
Then, that Sunni soldier, with the aid of a Lieutenant Colonel who happened to be a doctor, helped drag Ramzi to safety, to be rushed soon after by helicopter for medical treatment.
That soldier weeping on the floor was that one and only Sunni soldier.
He was weeping for failing to shelter his Captain from harm’s way.
After hearing his story, my mouth was so dry, I couldn’t even swallow.
I looked again towards those officers around me, all of them, from all ranks, all religions and sects, but with all sharing that same wounded and hemorrhaging heart, bleeding, but still beating strong for the sake of me.
Question asked in a previous post tackling the UN bombing in the South by Cromwell.
Who can attack the UN in the South and for what purpose ? indeed a very good question.
The South is mainly inhabited by Shiites and Christians and is characterized by the presence of large Palestinian camps, mainly the Ain el 7elwe camp which inhabits hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees and is the perfect hideout for extremist groups.
Hezbollah has taken control of the security in the South for years now, mainly after Sobhi el Tufeily was put aside and replaced by Hassan Nasrallah. Palestinians were not allowed to operate against Israel and surrounded within their own camps, while Hezbollah was operating freely under Syria’s approval of course.
There was no need for Syrian “assasination squads” to operate in the South in the past years since Hezbollah was there, however things changed since the Syrian withdrawal and the spread of the UNIFIL troops all over the South after the July war.
Hezbollah lost most of its tunnels and military infrastructure and Syrians were still trying to get their feet back in Lebanon. The first step was to weaken the 14th of March team by simply eliminating its main figures physically and the response was the international tribunal, a major achievement for Lebanon and its government and 14M allies.
The second step was to cause tensions and get the army involved, firstly by inciting the 8th of March team to do large demonstrations and in sensitive places, then by calling for civil disobedience and causing chaos and a lot of other separate incidents, and finally the Nahr el Bared incident and tensions within the Palestinian camps.
Finally, the third step after relatively failing in the first ones is to hit on a highly sensitive point, the UN Troops, and indeed things started last week when Katyousha rockets were fired from the South trying to provoke Israel to reply back, and today through a terrorist bombing against a spanish patrol causing 6 casualties.
The only groups that are capable of organizing such operations in the South are terrorist groups linked to Al-Qaeda or simply extremist groups controlled by Syrian intelligence ( mainly Palestinians).
There was an attempt conducted by Syrian intelligence against a Lebanese army responsible (Shehadeh) last year, almost killing him.
Where does Hezbollah’s role reside ?
Hezbollah can only obey orders and cannot allow itself to stop Syrians from operating freely, they cannot afford that, and no wonder they were the first ones to deny any responsability and condemn the act.
Who can attack UN troops then ?
We must ask a different question, who will benefit except Syria from such an incident ?
Then maybe the answer should be obvious.
Accident or Assault on the UN ?
Posted by N10452First of all, Sinceres condoleances to the families and friends of the Spanish Soldiers who died today.
Update 1: Lebanese police reported that a suicide bomber driving a Renault Rapid conducted the terrorist attack on the Spanish troops ( not confirmed though).
I heard around 7:30 that an explosion occured in Dardara in South Lebanon, killing at first 2 UNIFIL Spanish troops and injuring 6.
Apparently the casualties went up to 6 and the latest news say that the bomb was planted recently and is not one of the leftovers of the Israelies from the past war.
It is still too early to say anything, Katyousha rockets were shot last week on Sunday as well around the same time ..seems like someone wants to move the tension to the South once again after they failed in the North ..
There are a lot of groups in the South controlled by Syrians, mainly Palestinians and Hezbollah is aware of those groups and is capable of stopping them, however they cannot disobey Syrian orders ..
I hope that was an incident because it is very alarming, but in the same time it will put the UNIFIL troops to the test and force them to monitor even more closely their regions ..
It is still too early to conclude anything.
May they rest in peace.
Dr.Geagea comment on Holy Friday
Posted by N10452I know this has been a hot topic since yesterday, i refrained from posting it though ..
I found it is better to see how things evolve the next day.
Whatever happened yesterday was very dissapointing and this time the one to blame is Joe Sarkis and his ignorant attitude and of course the LF leadership for not issuing an immediate statement.
The government has been wanting to cut off holidays for a while now, there were rumors about cancelling St Maroun’s day few years ago, but it was not considered, until lately ( 16th) the government apparently agreed on cancelling Holy Friday !!!
Holy Friday is one of the main pillars of Christianity, and cannot be cancelled ..
And no Mr Sarkis, it is not a sad day and UNIMPORTANT one !
Of course FPMers & Marada found this opportunity as a golden one to show their attachment to Christianity and became all patriarches and blamed the LF, they dont mind playing it religiously now, they can switch from lebanese to Christians when needed, hypocrisy at its best as usual ..
( note that Frangieh had insulted the patriarch months ago saying he got horny around some women visiting him)
Back to the main issue, with all due respect to Sanioura and Hariri, that was a very bad call and unecessary mistake, as we do have other holidays that are way less important and should be cancelled, just as the 14th of February since i refuse to have a day off for one martyr and not others and it is not a religious day ..
Patriarch Sfeir got a phone call from Sanioura promising him to get back from that decision.
But thats not enough, the LF made a serious mistake here by supporting the decision on the media ( Sarkis), and most importantly because Sarkis forgot why the LF existed in the first place…
I’d rather not see any LFer defending this move by Sarkis, or not consider this a mistake, or defend blindly …
I want accountability for that mistake, i dont want our only minister in the government to be an ignorant person not realizing what Holy Friday represents for Christians .. its not all about dollars you know !
