عبيد يرد من اوستراليا على اتهامات فرنجية

احتفظ بحقي بالادعاء على السيد سليمان فرنجية
إشارة من الشام كافية لاختلاق الاكاذيب

عقد السيد طوني عبيد مؤتمرا صحافيا في مكتب القوات في سيدني رد فيه على اتهامات رئيس تنظيم المردة الزغرتاوي سليمان فرنجية وقال:

تناولني السيد سليمان فرنجية أمس الأول بحديث مطول ونسب إليّ جريمة اغتيال الوزير والنائب بيار الجميل كما نسب إليّ أنني أدير الأمن في القوات اللبنانية حاليا وذكر أنه لا يمكن نقض ذلك إلا إذا تعاطت السلطات الأوسترالية بايجابية مع الموضوع وأعلمت السلطات اللبنانية أين كنت موجوداً يوم حصول الجريمة لذلك استحصلت من السلطات الأوسترالية على إفادة رسمية من دائرة الهجرة محددة في ملحق تاريخ خروجي من أوستراليا وتاريخ عودتي إليها الحاصلين فقط خلال العام 2004.

وإن كان السيد فرنجية لا يصدق السلطات الأوسترالية فقد اتبعت هذه الإفادة بعشرات الإثباتات الخطية المتعلقة بمؤسسات أوسترالية عديدة تعاملت معها خلال هذه الفترة التي أتحدث عنها تثبت وجودي في أوستراليا قبل ويوم وبعد تاريخ حصول الجريمة ولغاية الساعة، ناهيك عن شهادات عشرات الأشخاص اللبنانيين والكتائبيين تحديداً تثبت وجودي بينهم واقفاً إلى جانبهم وجانب كل اللبنانيين الذين طعنتهم المصيبة في الصميم لأنها أصابت الوطن بكامله ولا نعلم إن كانت أصابت السيد سليمان فرنجية. ولكنه على ما يبدو هو ومن وراءه يضللون اللجنة الدولية للتحقيق التي آمل أن تستدعيه لمعرفة أسباب تضليلاته هذه شاكراً النيابة العامة التمييزية لإيلائها الموضوع الاهتمام اللازم وبالسرعة اللازمة لتوضيح الحقيقة. ومن السهل على لجنة التحقيق الدولية الحصول على كافة المعلومات والاثبات المتعلقة بمكان وجودي من السلطات الأوسترالية.

أستطيع أن أقدم ألف دليل ودليل على أني لم أغادر الأراضي الإسترالية طوال سنة 2006 بشهادة جواز السفر وشهادة دائرة الهجرة الاسترالية وشهادة المئات الذين ألتقيهم كل يوم وخاصة يوم استشهاد الشيخ بيار الجميل، وبشهادة حزب الكتائب اللبنانية في استراليا الذين وقفنا الى جانبهم يوم ورود نبأ الاستشهاد. إلا اذا أصبح السيد فرنجية يعيش، بعد الانتكاسات السورية هلوسات الأرواح ويؤمن بالأشباح وبإمكانية أن يكون الشخص موجوداً في أكثر من مكان في وقت واحد.
من غير المستغرب أن يتهجم السيد سليمان فرنجية على القوات اللبنانية ولكن كيف يسمح لنفسه أن يظهر بمظهر الساذج في حين كان يحاول أن يظهر بمظهر الذكي والعارف ببواطن الأمور؟
الجواب بسيط، إنها إشارة من السيد الآمر المُطاع في الشام وهي كافية ليسحب السيد فرنجية بعض أسماء من جعبة المخابرات السورية والتي اعتادت على أن ترميها هنا وهناك لأجل تلفيق الأكاذيب وخلق الأباطيل. فظهر معهم اسمي فزجوه في اتهام هدفه واضح وصريح:

1) حماية أولياء أمره السوريين وخلق بلبلة وحركة تعمية لم تعد تنطلي على أبسط الناس.

2) محاولة نقل التوتر الى داخل الصف المسيحي

ومثلما حاول السوريون وأزلامهم إلصاق تهمة تفجير الكنيسة بي وفي مساء مناسبة ذكرى جريمة تفجير الكنيسة بالذات، أحب رئيس تنظيم المردة الزغرتاوي اعادة ذات سيناريو الكذب. والكل يعرف أن مفجر الكنيسة وقاتل الشيخ بيار هم ذاتهم أنهم أولياء أمره.

إذاً بالإمكان إعطاء كل هذه الإثباتات للنيابة العامة أو لأي سائل ولكن الذي لا يمكن لأحد أن يشرحه للناس هو كيف يمكن لإنسان أن يصل إلى هذا الدرك في الكذب وفي اختلاق القصص خدمة للمشروع السوري؟

كيف يمكن للناس أن تصدّق السيد فرنجية في اتهاماته وهم العارفون بأسلوبه في الحياة وكيفية تعاطيه مع الناس بالتخويف والترهيب خصوصاً أن الناس بدأت تمل من هذه الأوضاع وأصبحت هذه الاتهامات فارغة مكشوفة أمام الجميع وحالة مثيرة للقرف والإزعاج عند المسيحيين؟

أتساءل هنا متى سيصبح المجتمع غير محتاج لهكذا زعماء يؤمنون له وظيفة أو يخلّصون له معاملة فيرتهنوهم ويجبرونهم على الإصغاء لتفاهاتهم؟

لا بد للحق أن يظهر ولا بد للتاريخ ان يأخذ مجراه ولمن يستسهلون خداع الله، ذلك الحق المطلق، نقول إنهم خائبون فإن الحق لا يموت والله لا يُخدّع.

وأخيراً، انني احتفظ بحقي بالادعاء على السيد سليمان فرنجية وعلى الشخص الذي زعم هذا الأخير أنه أخبره وكل من يظهره التحقيق فاعلاً، متدخلاً أو شريكاً بهذه الجريمة.

وقد ارفق عبيد المؤتمر بالاثباتات والتواريخ التي باتت بعهدة المحامين لاجراء المقتضى

كما تحدث رئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية في اوستراليا ستيف ستانتن مؤكدا ان عبيد استحصل على الوئائق الرسمية من السلطات الاوسترالية-دائرة الهجرة-التي تؤكد دون ادنى شك ان عبيد لم يغادر الاراضي الاوسترالية منذ عام 2004 وحتى تاريخه.

Gen. Michael Aoun’s sons in law, Jibran Bassil and Roy al-Hashem, were wounded in a car accident in Nigeria, the official National News Agency reported.
The short report did not disclose further details about the exact health conditions of the two.

It said a private jet was waiting to fly them to Lebanon for treatment “if needed.”

Despite claims by Iran that its consultations with Saudi Arabia have led to decreasing tension in Lebanon, Hizbullah continued to trade accusations with the March 14 majority alliance that backs Premier Fouad Saniora’s government.
Mohammed Raad, leader of Hizbullah’s parliamentary bloc, has launched a vehement attack on Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea and head of the Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt.

Raad was quoted by the daily an-Nahar as saying Geagea and Jumblat were against the “principles set by (Ex-Premier) Rafik Hariri and Kamal Jumblat.”

Hariri, father of parliamentary majority leader Saad Hariri, was killed by a powerful blast that targeted his motorcade in Beirut on Feb. 14 2005.

Kamal Jumblat, father of Walid and founder of the PSP, was killed in an ambush on March 16 1977.

Both crimes have been blamed on the Syrian regime, which is one of Hizbullah’s mail supporters.

Jumblat left for Washington Saturday to discuss the Lebanon situation with U.S. officials.

However, Geaea responded quickly to Raad’s rhetoric saying the Hizbullah-led opposition has launched a “counter revolution against the Cedars’ Revolution in an effort to push the situation back to where it was during the past 15 years,” when Syria’s army and intelligence ruled Lebanon.

Geagea also escalated his counter attack, stressing that pro-government factions “reject” a compromise cabinet that gives the majority 19 seats, the opposition 10 seats and allocates one seat for a neutral minister.

“The problem is going to be a long one, Lebanon’s fate will be decided during this crisis, but this does not prevent reaching provisional settlements,” Geagea said.

He stressed that the “real solution (will be achieved) when Lebanon sets course. The Cedar Revolution Course is going ahead,” Geagea stressed.

Observers say Raad’s remarks reflect an effort by Hizbullah and Iran to drive a wedge in the alliance between Hariri , Geagea and Jumblat, an attempt that the parliamentary majority leader has been aware of and keen on foiling.

I was honestly surprised to hear his death, i didnt like the guy’s political views neither his newspaper Al-Akhbar, but i enjoyed reading his articles.

The syndicate of Lebanese journalists announced the death of al-Akhbar daily chief editor Joseph Samaha in a heart attack Sunday.
Samaha, according to the statement, passed away in London earlier in the day.

Samaha had co-founded the daily as-Safir in the early 1970s as well as the pan-Arab daily al-Hayat later.

He was appointed editor in chief of the newly published al-Akhbar newspaper last year.

Samaha was a famous columnist, reputed for his leftist-secular views.

His body will be flown to Lebanon for Burial. No date was set for the funeral.

Samaha, under the headline “Tuning of moves and slogans” criticized Saturday both factions of the Lebanese crisis, urging them to review their action plans.

I understand the last speech we showed for Nasrallah asking for an Islamic Republic was back in 1986, well thats a much newer one, with the late martyr Gebran Tueni in 1995.

” The Islamic republic is the solution for any society regardless of whether this society is a pluralistic one and has several religions, but the main point i want to discuss here is that, oftently, me as a person who holds such a project and believes in it, i seek to imposing it BY FORCE on my people and my community, and therefore Christians and non-Christians have the right to be afraid and worried.”

لفتت مصادر مسيحية في 14 آذار الى أن زيارة السيد جبران باسيل صهر العماد ميشال عون، ‏والمسؤول عن علاقات
«التيار الوطني الحر» السياسية، لم يوفق في زيارته الاخيرة الى بكركي، لأن ‏البطريرك مار نصرالله بطرس صفير، ابدى امامه استياء غير مباشر عبر طرحه سؤالين عليه، ‏اولهما حول استمرارالتيار في المشاركة في الاعتصام. وثانيهما حول موقف التيار من خطاب ‏السيد حسن نصرالله الأخير، الذي تناول فيه الجيش، واعتبر مصادرة الشاحنة التي كانت تقل ‏السلاح، اغتصاباً لسلاح المقاومة.‏

ـ حاول كثيرون ثني البطريرك صفير عن زيارة الجبل، لكنه كان يستمع اليهم ويفعل ما يريد.‏
ـ حاول كثريون ان يأخذوا البطريرك صفير الى زيارة سوريا وقاموا بمبادرات في هذا الاتجاه، ‏ووصفوا بـ«الوزراء المشاكسين» لكن البطريرك ظل مشاكسا لزيارة «غير منتجة سلفاً».‏
ـ ويحاول كثيرون اليوم الإيحاء بأن بكركي موافقة على أدائهم، لكن مواقف البطريرك تكذّب ‏تصاريحهم من على مدخل بكركي.‏
وقالت المصادر المسيحية في 14 آذار انه اذا كان المسؤولون لن يفهموا، فليس باستطاعتهم ‏منع الصوت البطريركي من بلوغ آذان الرعية

Before I begin my first post I would like to make it clear that the subject I’m about to tackle is not meant to discredit the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) ,its members or its leaders. What I am offering is a personal memoire of my experience with the FPM.

I was raised in a family that was largely influenced by the Lebanese Forces. Ever since i was a child I was exposed to the idea of the Christian survival in the middle-east and in Lebanon specifically. I grew up knowing that there was this person called Geagea who people called El-Hakim, and there was this other person called Aoun, who apparently was in France for some reason. Little did I understand Lebanese politics at the time. But I always noticed something different about the Lebanese society as a whole. I would notice the lack of patriotism, not that there weren’t any patriots back then, but as a young impressionable child I did not know that you were not allowed to be patriotic. But then again neither was I taught to be patriotic.

An Egyptian court has sentenced a blogger to four years’ prison for insulting Islam and the president[...]

Abdel Kareem Soliman’s trial was the first time that a blogger had been prosecuted in Egypt.

He had used his web log to criticise the country’s top Islamic institution, al-Azhar university and President Hosni Mubarak, whom he called a dictator.

A human rights group called the verdict “very tough” and a “strong message” to Egypt’s thousands of bloggers.

Soliman, 22, was tried in his native city of Alexandria. He blogs under the name Kareem Amer.

A former student at al-Azhar, he called the institution “the university of terrorism” and accused it of suppressing free thought.

The university expelled him in 2006 and pressed prosecutors to put him on trial.

‘Slap in the face’

During the five-minute court session the judge said Soliman was guilty and would serve three years for insulting Islam and inciting sedition, and one year for insulting Mr Mubarak.

Egypt arrested a number of bloggers who had been critical of the government during 2006, but they were all subsequently freed.

Hafiz Abou Saada of the Egyptian Human Rights Organisation called the sentence “a strong message to all bloggers who are put under strong surveillance”.

The UK-based organisation Amnesty International said the ruling was “yet another slap in the face of freedom for expression in Egypt”.

العثور على 19 لوح “تي.ان.تي” تحت نفق في الاشرفية

وطنية-22/2/2007 (أمن) عثرت دورية من قوى الامن الداخلي صباح اليوم على صندوق خشبي في داخله 19 لوح من “تي.ان.تي” (معجون وبودرة) في منطقة فسوح في الأشرفية تحت النفق قرب إذاعة جبل لبنان سابقا.
وقد قام الخبير العسكري بالكشف على الصندوق وتبين أنه غير معد للتفجير
