List of Puppets Updated
Posted by N10452Its a long list but we’ll get all of them one day.
Check it out.
Everytime an assasination happens, a war occurs or any incident that puts Lebanon’s existence in question and its Christians, i cannot but recall Emile Edde’s article, i have posted it twice already and thats the third time in less than a year i think.
A man with a vision that Christians laughed at, and thats making them cry now .
Enjoy this article Emile Edde wrote after announcing the Greater Lebanon in the 1920s.
Note sur Le Liban
A l’heure actuelle.
History appears to be repeating itself, and not only in Lebanon. Syria and Iran have been fighting U.S. plans to re-make Iraq and the wider Arab world, and as America struggles, they are emerging as the winners. And once again, the casualties include pro-U.S. Arabs like the Gemayels.

Sukleen using new techniques
Posted by N10452
Sukleen decided to use Lahoud posters to keep the floor clean in yesterday’s funeral. It seems that the people like cleaning their shoes on those posters than on normal papers.
Who killed Sheikh Pierre?
All sides locally and internationally ( except Hezbollah & Frangieh) are pointing to Syria.
The ‘cliche’ answer i am getting from those sides and other neutral ones is that Syria has no interest in doing so.
Did Syria have any interest in killing Hariri ? it was a political suicide and costed Syria very heavily, in fact it destroyed Hafez Assad’s dream forever, and dont come telling me Syria didnt kill Hariri, we have 4 UN reports already pointing at Syria and its agents in Lebanon.
Even if Syria was not involved directly, there is no way they were not aware of the presence of 1 ton of explosives in the middle of Beirut.
After Hariri, came a long list of bombings and all using the same methods and Brammertz linked them in his report and this list ended sadly 2 days ago with the assasination of Sheikh Pierre.
The international tribunal is the key to all answers here, Syria is refusing this tribunal and announced it publically on several occasions, the latest yesterday, and it knows that the only way to refute this tribunal is by weaking the majority in Lebanon.
And in order to weaken this majority, it can only eliminate them physically after it failed during elections to weaken them politically, however killing them is only strenghening this majority and the Lebanese people’s support to this majority.
Everytime they kill one of us, we become stronger and more determined and today was the proof.
Syrians are falling in their own trap, and are losing control in Lebanon. Their secret agents are acting in a barbaric way and are worsening Syria’s situation towards the world.
The US is negociating with Syria concerning Iraq, but i am sure it will not trust this regime specially after what it has caused in Iraq, and therefore our government will maintain its American and international support.
No one is realizing the importance of this tribunal that managed to put Syria and its agents in Lebanon in the corner.
Let us wait and see what happens on Saturday since Sanioura called for a session to vote for the protocol of the tribunal and asked resigned ministers to come back.
Hezbollah wants to spoil Pierre’s day
Posted by N10452It was reported on TVs a while ago that Hezbollah are demonstrating on The airport highway and trying to close roads by burning tyres. It seems this was started after a small fight with Ain el Remmaneh guys.
Let us remind everyone that Hezbollah demonstrators were happily firing shots in the air to celebrate Sheikh Pierre’s death yesterday, and HA security stopped them.
Let us hope the police and army control the situation before it degenerates.

Posted by N10452Few Slogans from the Funeral today
Posted by N10452Badna n3eesh …
Posted by N10452I just came back from the demonstration, i didnt think we could make another March 14th, but i was proven more than wrong. Over a million easily were down there, the people kept coming till 2 pm from all regions and the roads of Beirut were all filled.
Today’s slogan was “We love life” and “We want to live” and expressed the feeling of those downthere at Martyrs’ square. We, the Lebanese people, want and deserve to live in dignity and freely.
Lebanon mourned one of its young and brilliant leaders, and gave him a last goodbye worthy of kings.
Sincere Condoleances to the Gemayel family who lost another of its sons and the Chartouni family as well, but Our Cause will and must prevail as along as our people have the strong will and determination and unity that they showed today.
Long Live Lebanon.
Mehlis Points Finger at Aoun and Allies
Posted by MarkFormer chief U.N. investigator Detlev Mehlis accused on Wednesday “pro-Syrian forces in Lebanon” of involvement in Industry Minister Pierre Gemayel’s assassination. The German prosecutor who led the investigation into ex-Premier Rafik Hariri’s murder before handing over the U.N.-backed probe to Belgian prosecutor Serge Brammertz in January also said Tuesday’s killing was an attack on the United Nations.
“It is an attack on the Lebanese government and the planned international tribunal (to examine Hariri’s murder) and it is also an attack on the U.N.,” Mehlis told the Sueddeutsche Zeitung daily newspaper to be published on Thursday.
“It is apparent to anyone who is unbiased that all the clues after this attack clearly point to the forces who want to bring down the Lebanese government and get in the way of the tribunal.
“These are the so-called pro-Syrian forces in Lebanon. They have an obvious motive.”
Cars have been going down to the Martyrs Square since the early morning and Sheikh Pierre’s convoy left Bekfaya at 9:30 am and will go through several spots in Matn before reaching Beirut.
This promises to be a big day, i urge everyone to go down and give Sheikh Pierre a memorial goodbye.
And by everyone, i mean everyone specially the Christians ..
It is unacceptable that FPMers dont attend the mass … i dont care whether Aoun is welcome or not, Fpmers must go.
I will be leaving now.
Just for history,
Hezbollah had to calm his supporters after they were shooting in the air celebrating Sheikh Pierre’s assasination. Jumblatt mentioned it yesterday as well during his interview and FTV filmed them.
I have no comment for those people, i feel ashamed that they are Lebanese.
How many 14th of March do we need ?
Posted by N10452On the 14th of March 2005, the Lebanese people made history and started the Cedars Revolution after Hariri’s assasination and threw the Syrians out.
On the 14th of February 2006, The Cedars Revolution was revived after a list of assasinations targetting the 14th of march leaders.
Today, we have another chance of reviving the Cedars Revolution, not in numbers since what happened on the 14th of March 2005 will never be repeated, but in it spirit.
We need yet another martyr for us to realize our division is our only ennemy.
Let us hope he will be the last martyr and i hope the next 14th of march will be one celebrating our unity, not mourning another Lebanese.
La77ouss trembling ..
Posted by N10452Latest reports are saying that Pr.Lahoud didnt leave his chair at the palace since Sheikh Pierre was announced killed and accusations started pointing at him.He is too scared to leave his chair he even glued himself to it.
Added to that, he ordered his presidential guards and units from the army to close all roads leading to Baabda and the place is more like a war zone right now.
No cars are allowed in and no people as well.
It is gonna be an interesting day.

Another martyr falls in the most brutal and barbaric ways, another 14th of march leader, another young Lebanese leader, another Christian leader.
Sheikh Pierre Gemayel was shot dead in the middle of the day in a Christian city in the middle of the road and yet his criminals ran away. It is unthinkable that no one saw those men, no one saw followed them, no one took their cars pictures. Those criminals must be found at all price, even if it took a UN resolution to find them, we want the truth for his murder as much as we want it for Hariri’s murder.
Our leaders and young men and women have been the prime targets of the Syrian regime for over 25 years, we are losing our elites one after the other, our ‘quality’ leaders are getting killed and we still have no answer.
Some people are blaming Syria, others Israel and the US and others allow me to say stupidly accusing the government and 14th of march.
But we have to blame ourselves, us the people who started the Cedars Revolution, who went to the streets defying the invadors and the ‘dark’ forces and triumphed, we gave up this victory to our leaders who did not deliver as we expected, yet i refuse to blame them .. it is our fault first and foremost …
Tomorrow is Sheikh Pierre’s day, just like almost a year ago Gebran Tueni’s day, and before that Samir Kassir, and before it Rafiq Hariri and way before that Bashir Gemayel etc etc …
We are all frustrated, boiling from the inside, and we should all attend tomorrow’s mass, for Sheikh Pierre and all our martyrs only, not for the international tribunal and not for Lahoud .. just for Pierre.
Tomorrow, you will hear speeches from all 14th of march leaders, but its young leaders wont be there, Gebran Tueni wont be there and god knows how much we miss him.

Everytime someone dies, i tell myself it is not worthy even living in this country, but something inside keeps me attached, i rethink of Bashir and the thousands of martyrs who died for us to stay and i regain hope, but i dont know how many times i can do that.
I regained hope this time, and am waiting impatiently for tomorrow to see where the crowds will take us, the Party of Lebanon, as Gebran said, that will be regrouped in Martyrs’ square will decide to go.
R.I.P Sheikh Pierre Wou Sallemlna 3al Bashir wou 3ala Gebran wou kil chaheed.
