What about us?

CNN Biased

The screenshot above is from the CNN main page. The area which I have highlighted in yellow is where they mention an Israeli woman and her grandson got killed and they have it as an important point. Yet they don’t mention the fact that over 60 people in Lebanon have also been killed. I don’t mind CNN being biased but they shouldn’t make it that obvious…

We havent seen the government or any of the Lebanese politicians come out with a solution or at least few ideas to resolve the issue since Wednesday.

The government kept himself distant from Hizbullah’s kidnapping which happens for the first time and hopefully is a good step on the right track, and insisted that the Lebanese authority has the right to spread its army all over the Lebanese territories.

Jumblatt didnt say much, same for Sanioura same for Hariri. Aoun supported the government which doesnt mean anything since he is allied to Hizbullah. I was told he fled his house to somewhere ’safer’ and is still waiting to see how things evolve.

As for Hakim and the LF, it was dissapointing not to hear Dr.Geagea propose vital solutions to the issue and stand up against the government weak positions.

You ask what should be done ?

Its very simple, we (14th of March Christian groups) are weak in the government yet the majority will no longer be one without us, therefore Hakim should have called for a meeting of the Christian groups and demanded that Hizbullah give up the 2 soldiers to the Lebanese authorities so they can take full responsability and control the situation.

As for Hizbullah, it should provide a full explanation on the reasons behind this operation and its timing and the destructive impacts it had on Lebanon’s economy. And in case that doesnt happen, Christian ministers should resign or boycott the sessions.

It is now the perfect time to put Hizbullah where it belongs and ask him to give up his weapons and apply 1559 once and for all.

Anyway, i doubt anyone would listen, but its better to speak out and point out the mistakes being done.

From a Lebanese to the world: Hezbollah are terrorists financed by Syria and Iran and the Lebanese government is to pussy to do anything about them. They were warned a million times to take care of the Hezbollah issue but no one in the government had the balls to call them out. Well now the Lebanese people are going to pay for the mistakes of the government. Its summer, its tourist season and because of Hezbollah, Israel has practically declared war on Lebanon. Today morning at 6AM Israel blew up two runways at the Beirut International Airport. This is not going to effect the Lebanese politicians sitting in their million dollar mansions, its going to effect the poor Lebanese people who make up the majority of Lebanon.

With these current attacks you would think the government would wake up and realize that its time to distance themselves from Hezbollah and let the whole world know that the Lebanese people are against Hezbollah and against their actions. But, of course that didn’t happen, the Lebanese government is calling all parties to be united against Israel. What a load of political crap, they are going to make things a lot worst for everyone. Fucking idiots.

Martyr ?!?!?

بعد اللقاء وجه الدكتور جعجع التعازي الى عائلة “الشهيد” مؤيد العياص الذي قضى في حادثة الجاهلية متمنيا للجرحى الشفاء العاجل

Martyr? This guy is a martyr? Since when people who fight over a picture are Martyrs? Why bringing lower the level of martyrs. By doing so we are lowering our martyrs. A street boy who dies in a street fight with other guys is labeled a Martyr !!!! Since when? Why? Do we owe Jumblat and Hariri this much?

How ironic !!
France welcomes Aoun for 15 years and provides him with a local security and political immunity. In return, Aoun blasts Chirac for not inviting Lahoud to the francophony sommet, in case that happened.

Whats ironic is how Aounists suddently hate France and Chirac now. This ’sheep’ attitude is just disgraceful and shows how destructive is that brain washing.
Not only that, now they r boycotting France in the world cup and cheering against them, so pathetic walla.
