Hezbollahs Filthy Methods (continued)
Posted by N10452“LARNACA, Cyprus — The U.N. humanitarian chief accused Hezbollah on Monday of “cowardly blending” among Lebanese civilians and causing the deaths of hundreds during two weeks of cross-border violence with Israel.
The militant group has built bunkers and tunnels near the Israeli border to shelter weapons and fighters, and its members easily blend in among civilians.”
For those who doubted my first thread, here you go.
Those criminals and terrorists must be stopped as soon as possible. Israel was reported to have invaded Bent Jbeil, the biggest Hizbullah stronghold which promises that the conflict will be ending soon.

Hezbollah took us hostages.
Posted by ManoHezbollah didn’t only take 2 Israeli soldiers hostages, but he took Lebanon hostage and gave it to its masters (Iran & Syria) as a bargaining chip. Do we Lebanese have a saying in all this? Did Hassan Nasrallah ask us, the Lebanese, if we agreed on such operation? He doesn’t care. He thinks he is untouchable and any decision he makes, we the Lebanese, must obey it. After all he is a Muslim religious leader and Allah path is the right one. He threatened every single Lebanese, right after kidnapping the Israeli soldiers, he asked all Lebanese to stand by his resistance or else. Or else, what? You will pull your Imam Ali sward and cut our heads?
Government: “The act or process of governing, especially the control and administration of public policy in a political unit.”
Why our “so called” politicians are silent? Until when they will keep playing this old record “the decision should be in the hands of the government”. Government!!!! Are you kidding us? This government been engaged in a national dialogue for almost a year and came out empty. This government has 2 Hezbollah ministers whom they didn’t inform this “government” about their military operation in the South against Israel.
This government still labels Hezbollah a resistance. How can they label it a resistance while it doesn’t even report to them? How they can label it a resistance while it calls itself “The Islamic Resistance”? Does this government understand that such resistance doesn’t believe in a country called Lebanon?
Sovereignty: “Supremacy of authority or rule as exercised by a sovereign or sovereign state.”
This, so called government, has not authority or rule over an Islamic resistance in Lebanon. Yet this resistance is represented in government and in parliament. How a country can be sovereign if it has on its soil a military force that doesn’t take order from the government or the national army? How can Lebanon be sovereign if Hezbollah keeps its arms and decides on its own when to drag our country to war?
Democracy: “Government by the people exercised either directly or through elected representatives.”
Hezbollah, like any other Islamic group, joins the political democratic process and once they get what they want, they are the first to open fire on democracy. When they join the political process, we hear and read western media, analysts and politicians, (who lives thousands miles away and only know about these groups through books or the media) calling it a victory. They know nothing about how these organizations work. Do a small research and read what these westerners wrote when Hezbollah was engaged in the “democratic” elections in Lebanon. I was reading at that time and laughing. Now I understand how Al Qaeda, Hezbollah and other terrorist organization can beat the West. They play your game and at the end they shoot you and shoot democracy in the head.
Hezbollah doesn’t believe in democracy. There is no democracy in Islam. There is no democratic election under Islamic law. There is only Islam and the Umma.
A Lebanese politician said:”Hezbollah will prevail”. Ideologically, this leader is supposed to be on the opposite side of the political spectrum of Hezbollah. But he, like others is playing it safe. But if we really look into it, we noticed, even after September 11 and even of what is going in Afghanistan, Iraq, Indonesia, India, London, Madrid… The west still doesn’t get it. The west still thinks with reason they will win over radicalism. They still do not get it. Neither money, reason, houses, infrastructure … Will change a single thing. They will take your money, they will talk to you, they will let you build their towns and infrastructure but when you blink, they will stick a dagger in your back. What is more important of all this for them is simply … Islam. Does the west know what Islam is? No it is not the new last name of Cat Stevens.
Aoun, Nasrallah. Very related!!!
Posted by PKDuring the war that was launched by Aoun against the syrians, Aoun promised us many times that he would have surprises for them… Then we were surprised to see Aoun leaving Lebanon while the syrian army was invading the Christian areas and killing Aouns comrades from the Lebanese Army.
Now, Nasrallah is promising us that he has many surprises against Israel (strongest Army in the Middle East).
I am expecting him to shave, dress in FUBU and head toward Syria.
What do you expect?
Hezbollah: Lebanon #1 Enemy
Posted by N10452Through out all our modern history, I cannot think of any other party that has harmed Lebanon intentionally more than Hezbollah did.
The Shiite community in Lebanon was always a minority one compared to the Sunnites and Christians and being located in the mountains and villages away from major cities, they were uncapable of competing with other communities on political, social and economical levels.
This feeling of inferiority was translated later as a protest movement led by Moussa el Sadr, a relative of late Iranian leader Khomeini. Supported by Iranians from one side and Leftist movements from the other side, both wanting at the time to weaken the Christians accusing them of abusing their power.
It didn’t take much before the Moussa el Sadr movement turned into an armed militia and later after his death in the early 80s, the Hezbollah ‘Party of God’ became popular, a party inspired by the Islamic Revolution in Iran, wanting to islamize Lebanon and get rid of the Israeli state.
Their slogan was the Islamic Revolution in Lebanon, and back in the mid 80s Hassan Nasrallah was quoted as saying “Lebanon is for Muslims and cannot be governed except by Muslims”.
Since the Taef agreement and up till today, the harm this party has done to Lebanon is unimaginable. They allied with the Syrians who invaded and destroyed Lebanon for 30 years and kept on supporting them even when Hariri was killed. They even demonstrated to thank Syria for the ‘good’ things they did which I honestly dont know any.
Added to that, they were always supported by the Iranians and dragged Lebanon into fights with the US and created boycott campaigns and demonstrations against the embassy..
Moreover, They showed themselves supportive to the Palestinian Cause simply because they are against naturalizing them and legalized their armed presence by defending their right to defend themselves politically, even though this same behavior led us to a civil war in the late 60s.
Finally their master-plan showed up recently when they kidnapped 2 Israeli soldiers, therefore dragging Lebanon into a regional war and causing a major destruction of all its infrastructures and a probable invasion.
Some say Israel’s answer was not measured, I say Hezbollah was expecting it and I am starting to believe neutralizing it militarily is the only way to finish it off. If you carefully check how Hezbollah was operating in the past 10 years, you ll understand not only Israel’s reaction but the worlds reaction to the Israeli war.
I’ll list them as points to make things clearer:
- Getting weapons and political support and even Iranian army men to Lebanon.
- Supporting Hamas and protecting the armed Palestinian camps therefore weakening the Lebanese sovereignty.
- Collaborating with Hamas on hits against Israel.
- Supporting Extremist Leader Moqtada el Sadr in Iraq and organizing demos for support.
- Organizing demos against the US embassy and causing riots
- Inciting Hezbollah followers to cause riots in Christian regions.
- Organizing Demos to thank Syria and support its invasion in Lebanon.
- Ruining the past 6 summers or more in Lebanon by launching rockets and provoking Israel.
- Promoting Pro-Syrian, Baath Parties and allying with them during elections.
- Asking for the release of Palestinian and few Lebanese prisoners in Israel and ignoring the fate of thousands of prisoners in Syria.
- Invading the South (previously invaded by Israel) and terrorizing its population and killing collaborators with Israel even though they were the biggest Syrian collaborators in Lebanon.
- Asking for the implementation of Isesco and supporting the Islamization of Lebanon therefore ruining its wealth based on its culture’s diversity.
- Organizing Demos against the French decision to ban the veil in France based on the freedom of faith right, yet terrorizing their own population during elections in order to get their votes.
- Finally Dragging Lebanon into a regional war between the Iran and the US from one side over the nuclear file, Syria, Israel and the US from another side, Palestine, Israel and Lebanon from a third side all for external reasons that only serve Iran and Syria.
Some say Hezbollah has never attacked a Lebanese party, I tell you Hezbollah has been attacking Lebanon’s independence, sovereignty and weakening it on every possible occasion since the day the party was born. It is a party that does not believe in Lebanons sovereignty and works based on strategic goals that server Iran and Syria.
In my earlier post, i told a friend that i ll elaborate on Lebanese economy flourishing 5 years after the crisis is done.
The future of Lebanon as a whole will be determined in the next few weeks, and the outcome of the Hizbullah-Israel war will be crucial on the Lebanese economcy specifically. The best case scenario would be a diplomatic solution that ll disarm Hizbullah, establish Lebanese authority, protect himself from Israel after spreading NATO forces on the borders or forming a buffer zone.
Such a scenario regardless of all the damage being done will make Lebanon flourish like it never did before, and since the Americans and Europeans are on very good terms with the government, added to Arab countries. Lebanon would come back to what it was before.
Added to that, one should note that regardless of how good we were doing, there was a problem called Hizbullah weaking our economy and letting many investors run away and so we were not in an optiimal situation
Lets hope for the best cause any outcome having Hizbullah as winner will ruin our economy forever.
Was just reading the news headlines on Naharnet and the first one I read was:
The Israeli army warns it will destroy 10 buildings in Beirut’s southern suburbs for each rocket that lands on Haifa
Then a couple of headlines later I read the following:
Six rockets hit Israeli town of Haifa, Al Jazeera TV
So 6×10=60, do we even have 60 buildings in Beirut?
Isnt that ironic!!
IDF just reported entering Bint Jbeil considered as Hizbullah’s stronghold. What amazes me is that Hizbullah is still claiming victory.
One statement by Hizbullah which honestly is ridiculous:
“Hezbollah admitted in a statement Sunday that IDF troops had taken over the village, but called the move a defeat for Israel.”
They invaded one of the most strategic villages in few days and are ready to invade others in the next hours.
Where are the surprises Mr.Nasrrallah ??
May God Protect the civilians in the village and keep them safe until this war is over.
one voice out of a bloody war
Posted by reineI am a Lebanese citizen that was supposed to be back home on vacation for 3 months. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would witness my entire country being destroyed in front of my eyes. My response to that at first was shock, anger, and frustration. Then, I decided to turn all that anger around and show the entire world what is going on in this small country that has been through so much.
I know that it was Hezbollah who awakened the big mighty bear of Israel. I know that. But, I also know that we, the Lebanese people had nothing to do with it. Even Hezbollah supporters did not want their homes destroyed. Our only crime is that we are too weak. Too weak to disarm anyone or anything. Too weak to form a united stand on anything. This is not our fault, but it is a result of years of war where the average Lebanese citizen had come to realize that his opinion matters very little.
Despite the fact that my anger began against Hezbollah, it took only one day before I realized that Israel also should pay for what they have done. There is nothing “measured” about their response. They destroyed a country that had taken years to be rebuilt and for what?
For a war that is much bigger than Lebanon. For a war that has much bigger fish to fry. Not Hezbollah but Iran, this is the ultimate target. Lebanon is just a playground, a playground that has become totally empty, a playground whose children are dying or starving or scared.
But we will prevail. We will turn over a new leaf, I need to believe that in order to go on. We will get another chance to rebuild and I hope this time, before we rebuild infrastructures and homes, we can rebuild a Lebanon for all. A Lebanon where a Lebanese citizen like me can be proud of their passport and know that their army can protect them, that they don’t need help from any other party.
This is my Lebanon. I hope it will be a Lebanon for ALL.
Bomb Nasrallah
Posted by N10452Anyone recalls ?
Posted by N10452Few weeks ago, during an interview with Dr.Geagea, he was asked about the paper Hizbullah presented to the government and 7iwar parties and he proposed that special UN forces should be sent to the South to prevent both sides from starting a war and that Hizbullah should be neutralized.
Well it is looking like the only solution nowadays is what Hakim proposed.
Too bad no one listened to him neither to Jumblatt when they warned about Hizbullah’s potential of starting a regional war.
I ll try to get the newspaper article where he quoted that and post it again.
Hezbollahs Filthy Methods
Posted by N10452For the past 11 days, we have seen Israel bomb all sorts of targets and I am sure most of us were wondering why would Israel bomb a certain factory or a construction yard or a truck..
If we can for a moment turn off all the local and international channels who have nothing to do but show little dead children and dismembered bodies that touch the viewer to a certain degree that it would blind them, and think about the reasons behind those hits.
From a military point of view, you have a fully equipped army, ranked in the top 5 armies in the world fighting against a guerrilla militia with absolutely no info on its fighters, weapons and locations.
Even though the Israeli army is way superior in terms of weapons, technology and size than Hezbollah, its war must be a very cautious and tactical one since its fighting a guerilla militia.
We have seen Israel for example hitting a tissue factory in a small village in the south. The reason for that would be Hezbollah move around with a missile in a truck, park near a factory and fire a rocket then flee. The origin of the rocket being the factory, Israelis respond by hitting it.
A witness to a similar action went on TV and urged Hezbollah fighters to stop coming into his village to shoot rockets and then run away since the village is being destroyed.
Same for the truck that was carrying civilians and that became very suspicious when it was not allowed to enter the UN offices.
Fighting a guerrilla is very hard and knowing that they could shoot from anywhere, we should expect attacks on unusual places.
Innocent people are dying this is true, but I believe the way Hezbollah is operating and its filthy methods in infiltrating villages and using them as launch positions is causing all those casualties.
Of course Israelis have hit bridges recklessly during the day killing innocent civilians trying to cross the bridge, but its war and you always have victims.
On the other hand, the party thats hitting civilians randomly and threatening innocent lives is Hezbollah who is launching rockets with no sense of direction whatsoever. I have seen rockets land on balconies, small cafes, walls… anything but military targets.
Finally, I heard that Hezbollah has accepted that the government negotiate on the prisoners fate today, therefore I hope that they realized they haven’t achieved anything except self destruction politically and militarily and most of all the destruction of Lebanon and putting it in economical ruin for the next 5 years.

Measures for Refugees
Posted by N10452I was informed that measures have been taken by the army in all schools and centers and gatherings of refugees in order to control the Hizbullah supporters that might infiltrate those groups and cause problems.
No one is allowed to go out of the school or camp or center after 8 or 9 pm and attendance is taken every day and every night. Added to that flags and posters and pictures are forbidden.
Added to that, the LFers and inhabitants of Ain el remmaneh and other Christian regions have already started monitoring their streets and checking for suspicious cars or individuals to report them to the army.
Very responsable actions taken so far and i hope it stays that way until things calm down.
Shiite Invasion
Posted by N10452What we r facing now could have severe consequences for the near future for the Lebanese and Lebanon in general and the Chrsitians specifically.
If we trace back the escalation of the Israel attack, we notice that the main goal is to kick out the people from the South of Lebanon, mainly the Shiites who majorily support Hizbullah.
The Exodus of half a million Shiites from the South could be turning into a nightmare to the Christian regions, who have known a similar scenario back in the 1960s when the Palestinians started taking over lands and building camps.
It is true that there are many poor and sick families that need help. Those should be helped however others have plans in mind and are starting to cause trouble by raising the Hizbullah flag in the schools they are staying in and getting into a fight with the local habitants ( for eg Jounieh s incident yesterday).
Christians and also Druzes need to be very careful when dealing with the refugees coming and must not build them safe camps temporarily since those might become later military camps similarly to the Palestinian ones.
Israel is not only looking to destroy Hizbullah, but to secure itself by creating inner fights within the Lebanese society and by kicking out half a million shiites to Chritian and Druze regions, that could generate into a civil war.
Added to that, unless the Lebanese government shows real signs of ending this stupid and baseless Israeli-Lebanon conflict and signing peace and disarming Hizbullah, Israel wouldnt mind destroying Lebanon’s economy and refreshing its own by diverting all the investors to Haifa, Nahariyya & Tel Aviv and other major cities.
The government firstly and the Christian parties ( mainly LF, Kataeb, NLP etc ..) should be very attentive to this issue and must take firm decisions towards Hizbullah by disarming him and spreading the army in the South asap, while negociating with the international leaders on pressuring Israel to stop its brutal attacks and convincing the UN of sending troops to maintain a security zone and prevent attacks from both sides.
Its all possible and doable, and we have all the connections and possibilities we need.
No one wants Lebanon’s interest, let us not be fooled by American or Israeli speeches but in the same time we have a lot of mutual interests that we need to exploit to come up with a vital solution to this crisis.
1990 - 2006 History Revived
Posted by N10452It looks like Lebanon was destined to be left in the hands of mad generals and war lords. When i heard Nasrallahs speech the other day, he reminded me of General Aoun speaking back in 1990 during the liberation war.
Back then, General Aoun after failing to convince Syria of naming him president, he decided on a sunny morning to launch a liberation war against the Syrians without advising anyone. War was unprepared and the result was disastrous for the army and most of all, the Lebanese people.
We had 25,000 Syrian soldiers in Lebanon before the Liberation war, we got 20,000 more Syrians after the war ended, not to mention the brave soldiers who got killed, the Baabda palace demolished, the civilians killed and the Christians weakened.
Almost a week ago, Mr. Hassan Nasrallah decided he wants to fight Israel on his own so he kidnapps two Israeli soldiers knowing very well that Israel is waiting for such a move to launch a war against us. He is making Lebanon pay a huge price for kicking out the Syrians and relaunching its economy almost a year ago.
Both men have led the country to total destruction and caused foreign countries to infiltrate the country and strenghen their political and military influence, Syria in 1990 and Israel today.
This lack of responsability and lack of vision that these two men have is remarkable and its no surprise to see them allied. Lets hope we wont get anymore of those mad military men.
Nasrallah Caricature
Posted by N10452
Most of the people are still shocked to see Israel react that way to the kidnapping of two of its soldiers since such actions have occured in the past without having Israel launch a war against Lebanon.
First of all, we need to understand what is happening in Israel right now. Sharon was always moderate compared to the generals that surrounded him ( specially Shaoul Mofaz) that were for launching a war. Now Sharon is absent and Olmart knows the solutions Sharon tried in the past did not work out and not willing to lose the support of the generals, have given them a green light on starting a war.
Hizbullah knew that would be Israel’s reaction, since they already started a war 3 weeks ago against Palestine when one soldier was kidnapped and still made their move.
What might explain the Hizbullah timing is the nuclear file that is bothering Iran and the 1559 that is being sponsored by the government day after day making Hizbullah feel threatened, not to mention the pressure against Syria by the Americans.
Nasrallah definitly coordinated the timing of the kidnapping with Iran and Syria and knew that ll get the region into a regional war that no one would benefit from except Syria and Iran and that would harm the US and Israel politically and make them open a new front militarily.
Hizbullah has entered Lebanon into an endless destructive regional war which will only get uglier unless the party is disarmed very soon and the soldiers r given back. I totally blame them for the destruction and also blame Israel for the killing of civilians.
One party will come out as a loser from this war, Lebanon and the Lebanese people paying the price for the other’s wars.
Lets just pray that this will end as soon as possible with the least possible of victims and destruction.
